Intentemos no tener
alimentos vacíos de nutrientes y llenos de calorías. Eso nos ayudará.
No comamos
No fumemos.

Our anatomy is
designed for certain movements, rotations, exercises ... in short, our body is
a machine designed to be in motion but due to the work and the sedentary
lifestyle that new technologies bring us, our daily movement decreases
considerably, hardening our joints and producing muscle injuries due to lack of
movement.
There is a new
discipline to avoid all these inconveniences and give our body those necessary
and natural movements and turns that our anatomy longs for. That discipline is
called Gyrotonic.
We get used to
moving in a linear way, generating a lot of effort to our body but the natural
turns that we have, we forget them and we oxidize. But this new discipline is a
compendium of dance, yoga, swimming and sports gymnastics, a personal training
based on fluid, circular and wave movements that start from the spine. Its
creator was Juliu Horwath, a former Hungarian dancer, addicted to kundalini
yoga and tai chi.
Looking for a
solution to an injury he had in the Achilles tendon, he devised a contraption
to exercise, eliminating any impact on the joints. The Gyrotonic tonifies the
sitting muscles to a machine that feels as if it were an extension of the body.
It is a set of pulleys that allows to work the weight with fluidity producing a
work of strength and elongation and flexibility of the body. Many celebrities
are already regulars because they want to boost their performance in the
professional activity they perform.
As benefits we
could list many but among them is to have a strong and elastic spine, defines
and lengthens the muscles styling the silhouette, improves blood circulation,
makes us feel more agile and lighter, improves our body posture and helps us
oxygenate our body and our mind.
What should not be done after training
We all have
routines after playing sports but not all of them can help us, so I give you
some notes of what we should not do after a workout and thus make better use of
the benefits of the exercise.
Everything has
to be done with common sense, that is the general secret of things. If we have
already overcome the line between sedentary lifestyle and exercise, eating
sweets, sugars or empty calories loaded food to a more nutrient-rich diet ...
now we have to climb another step that is like keeping that endorphin shot we
have acquired thanks to the physical effort.
The first
thing to do before starting the exercise is to hydrate, that will make during
the exercise do not dehydrate and we do not feel the need to puddle later as it
would not do much.
After the
exercise it is necessary to stretch and relax the muscles, that will prevent
injuries or impediments to continue, the next day, with more movement. It is
not about taking us to the limit, it is about stretching the muscles in a
gentle way accompanied by breathing. The better the stretch and the more time
for the body to relax.
It is always
important to be advised and consult the room assistants. They can indicate us
the correct positions, times and exercise so as not to harm us. Once stretched,
we should not get carried away by impulses after a good intense or medium
training, that means, after a good workout you have to eat carbohydrates but
healthy, which, the cakes, sugars, etc .. are left discarded but if possible
feed us a portion of fresh pasta with a tomato sauce with vegetables. That will
cause our body to stop asking for energy since we will give it but full of
nutrients that favor the rest of the muscles and provide all the nutrients we
need to recover. If we are able to maintain this line, the effort made will
have served for something positive. Let's try not to have empty nutrients and
full of calories. That will help us.
We do not eat
proteins after an exercise or at least not just protein. When we get out of
exercising, our muscles need hydrates, as I said. Do not forget it It will help
us to gather strength and have the desire to return the next day.
Let's not
smoke Especially after exercising because the damage is much greater because
our respiratory system is still more open than normal.
Drink isotonic
drinks that are NOT energetic. We want to recover lost minerals and trace
elements so it is best to take isotonic. The energy drinks will make us feel
nervous and the goal is to feel good and calm but strong.
These are some
brief tips to recover better from a day of exercise, having thus contributed to
improve the rotation of our body and make it more flexible. This will protect
us better from any fall, twist or gesture that could injure us if we were
stiff.
