y tortilla o bien queso fresco y jamón cocido.
a nuestra constitución y capacidad.
novedades a nuestra rutina. Por ejemplo, Aumentar la velocidad para poder
incrementar el ritmo cardiaco y sudar.
Elegir caminos
No olvidemos

Improving metabolism after 50
There are no
secrets, when we want our metabolism to
burn more, we must move and eat
properly. That means that you have to walk at least 1 hour a day and that the
meals should be well studied, nutritionally speaking, and with an order to
avoid biting products that will cost us a lot to burn and therefore, body fat
will be produced.
If we activate
our metabolism and eat products that our body will burn our aging will also be
healthier, accustoming our body to move and burn without giving up.
Eating the
calories we need is very important to not generate abdominal fat and we can not
forget that our body burns less and less and we have to eat food full of
nutrients in small amounts each time.
If we are able
to redirect the amounts and nutrients and extend the hours of exercise, our
metabolism will be speeded up and we will be able to lose weight little by
little. Everything requires effort and will, I will not lie to anyone, so those
results will be given by our will and effort not only physical mental and
emotional.
Obviously,
nobody scared, eat properly is able to eat, eggs, white meat, red, bread, pasta
.... But in small portions and combining the products. Take fruit at
mid-morning and at noon is recommended and necessary. In the mornings, a coffee
and toast with tomato is perfect and the ingested hydrates will burn with the
sport and the movement of the day.
To eat
vegetables and protein to choose but always the protein has to overcome the
vegetables. At mid-afternoon a low-fat yogurt and at night, salad or vegetable
and omelette or fresh cheese and cooked ham.
If it is true,
that to eat a healthy diet you have to cook more so that the flavors are not
repetitive and the decoration plays an important role since we eat by the eyes,
so present a beautiful dish, with color ... it already satisfies part of our
brain.
However, as
dressings, we always have oil, salt and vinegar present when the fan is wide
and we can include countless sauces, lemon, spices like turmeric, pepper,
vanilla, nutmeg ...
The proteins
will help us burn the fat accumulated in our abdomen but the fruits and
vegetables will help us to eliminate waste and to make our genes work better
thanks to the antioxidants that they can provide.
But the second
part, as important or more important than this, is the exercise that must adapt
to our constitution and capacity. The most important thing is to know that we
are well and that we can do all kinds of exercise and we can only know if the
doctor does a check and certifies that we are fit to play sports, whatever it
may be.
We have two
options, play sports for longer and with less intensity or less time and double
the effort. This will depend on each one, not only because of its physical
constitution, but also psychological.
There are
people who make a sporting effort and then they are a week to recover without
doing anything else, therefore, this system would not be ours because it would
not help us, just give up.
Then there is
the use of more time but at a more moderate intensity that we can endure, which
will generate stiffness but the next day we will insist again. This system will
be the most appropriate since the most important thing is the constancy, it is
better to exercise every day a little than occasionally to greater intensity.
Do not choke,
if you are a person who does not exercise, start with something soft like
walking and get used to the movement. If you are lucky enough to be able to
choose the time, it is better in the morning when you get up and in the afternoon.
If on the
contrary, you already exercise, you have to set yourself a challenge like doing
5 or 10 minutes more or increase the intensity for 5 minutes more than usual,
or if you walk, then jog for a short period to break the rhythmic monotony and
exercise the heart more
If we walk,
which is what I like, you can put some little things into practice in our
routine. For example, increase the speed to increase the heart rate and sweat.
Choosing paths
with unevenness is another good alternative to activate the heart rate and make
muscles work that, normally, we do not use in our daily movement. With this
exercise, we can burn up to 40% more energy.
Alternating
walk and race is also usually very effective but beware of excesses. Perform
some stretch running or alternate 10 minutes walking fast and 5 running is very
beneficial for us and burn calories.
Do not forget
that all this will be given by our strength, constitution and training. We can
not venture to run the first day or climb 700 meters without having prepared
the body before. So bad is choosing the wrong training as never to move.
