SINONIMO DE PASIÓN: SARA BARAS

Hacía muchos años que no me emocionaba al ver un espectáculo, y mucho tiempo, que no acudía a ver un espectáculo de baile así. La “reentré” no ha podido ser mejor.

“Sombras” de Sara Baras ha sido el elegido y con mucho acierto. Una puesta en escena donde los sentimientos  humanos eran el ingrediente principal. Un escenario minimalista donde, las sombras,  tomaban protagonismo y harían de hilo conductor durante toda la velada.  Un escenario poseído por la pasión, intensidad, color y corazón.

Bailar no es recrear una coreografía aprendida y ensayada, es transmitir energía, intensidad, significado… pasión a todos los espectadores y no todo el mundo lo consigue.

Cuando alguien es capaz de transmitirlo, como en este caso, es porque ha entendido la obra, la ha trabajado y ha sido capaz de sacar la esencia para poder bailarla, interpretarla y ofrecer al público aquello que espera : que alguien le diga “eso es lo que siento y eso es lo que soy”.

Muchas veces hemos asistido a espectáculos y hemos salido hablando de la técnica, los movimientos, la coreografía pero hablar de emociones transmitidas, de sobrecogimiento de corazón…. Eso es muy diferente que solo unos pocos son capaces de hacer.

Sara Pereira Baras, Sara Baras para todos, es capaz de hacerlo con su espectáculo.Por ese motivo, todos disfrutamos y casi me atrevería a decir, casi ni respiramos al verla bailar, tanto a ella como a su cuadro de bailarines.

Sus zapateaos, su juego de movimientos perfectos, la combinación de mantón y vestido, la luz y  música así como su talento, nos llenó de placer y no nos dejó pensar durante la hora y media que duró su espectáculo en el palacio de la Opera de Coruña.

Fue un espectáculo muy completo donde el audiovisual captaba toda nuestra atención. Donde cada paso, tacón y giro nos hacía suspirar en cada momento, donde su proyección artística nos llegaba a raudales no siendo capaz, en muchas ocasiones, de poder absorber tanto sentimiento y emociones, donde las sombras, la música y ella llenaban el escenario sin necesidad de mucho más.

No soy una excelencia en baile pero sí sé los mínimos ingredientes que debe poseer un espectáculo como este para que se considere un buen trabajo y puedo asegurar que el de Sara Baras junto a todo su equipo, fueron un 10.

La representación fue como una exposición de arte moderno en un museo: sombras, telones pintados con figuras sinuosas, sonido, baile y poesía. No pudo ser más completo.

P.D: Permitidme expresar mi queja y descontento: cuando se está en un recinto viendo un espectáculo sería de agradecer que todo el mundo guardara sus móviles y dejara de mirar las pantallas.

Antes de empezar con la representación, por megafonía, se avisa de quitar el sonido de móviles o bien desconectarlos, cosa que todo el mundo hace caso omiso. No lo entiendo.

Las luces que deben captarse son las del escenario, no las de los móviles colindantes que tanto molesta al resto. No es muy difícil de entender, es solo un tema de respeto y educación. Lamento ser tan dura pero me parece inaceptable tener que decirle a la persona del lado, “por favor… quiere darle la vuelta al móvil? ”  porque están mirando los mensajes!!! Creo que los espectáculos no son baratos, por tanto, si el interés no es grande, casi mejor quedarnos en una cafetería tomando un té y viendo el móvil que es lo que realmente nos entretiene, por lo que veo.

I had not been excited for many years to see a show, and for a long time, I did not go to see a dance show like that. The "reentré" could not be better.

"Sombras" by Sara Baras has been chosen and very successful. A staging where human feelings were the main ingredient. A minimalist stage where, the shadows, took center stage and would be the main theme throughout the evening. A stage possessed by passion, intensity, color and heart.

To dance is not to recreate a learned and rehearsed choreography, it is to transmit energy, intensity, meaning ... passion to all the spectators and not everyone gets it.

When someone is capable of transmitting it, as in this case, it is because they have understood the work, they have worked it and have been able to extract the essence to be able to dance it, interpret it and offer the audience what they expect: someone to say "that is what I feel and that is what I am. "

Many times we have attended shows and we have left talking about technique, movements, choreography but talk about emotions transmitted, heart awe .... That is very different that only a few are able to do.

Sara Pereira Baras, Sara Baras for all, is capable of doing it with her show. For that reason, we all enjoy and I would almost dare to say, we hardly breathe when we watch her dance, both her and her dancers.

His zapateaos, his game of perfect movements, the combination of shawl and dress, light and music as well as his talent, filled us with pleasure and did not let us think during the hour and a half that his show lasted in the Opera Palace of Coruña

It was a very complete show where the audiovisual captured all our attention. Where each step, heel and spin made us sigh in each moment, where her artistic projection came flooding to us, not being able, in many occasions, to absorb so much feeling and emotions, where the shadows, the music and she filled the stage without need much more.

I'm not an excellence in dance but I know the minimum ingredients that a show like this must have to be considered a good job and I can assure you that Sara Baras along with all her team was a 10.

The representation was like an exhibition of modern art in a museum: shadows, curtains painted with sinuous figures, sound, dance and poetry. It could not be more complete.

P.D: Allow me to express my complaint and discontent: when you are in a room watching a show it would be appreciated if everyone kept their phones and stopped looking at the screens.

Before beginning with the performance, over the public address, it is advised to remove the sound of mobile phones or to disconnect them, something that everyone ignores. I do not get it.

The lights that must be captured are those of the stage, not those of the adjoining mobiles that so bothers the rest. It is not very difficult to understand, it is just a matter of respect and education. I regret being so tough but it seems unacceptable to have to tell the person on the side, "please ... want to flip the phone? "Because they are looking at the messages! I think the shows are not cheap, therefore, if the interest is not great, almost better to stay in a coffee shop having a tea and watching the mobile phone that is what really entertains us, from what I see.
