calorías y además no sea demasiado sano.
solución no será comer.

According to the moment I want to eat sweet things or salty things!
Sometimes, we get up and feel
great but as the day goes by, there comes a time when our body asks to eat
sweet things, other times salty and sometimes both at the same time.
We usually call it anxiety, stress,
or cravings if we are pregnant. The range of possibilities is wide, chocolate,
pizza, chips, etc ... nothing that does not carry thousands of calories and
also is not too healthy.
They are warnings or calls that
our body makes to the brain and we act, almost always, without thinking and in
a compulsive way. But, it is for a psychological issue, for lack of some
nutrient ... however, we can not deny that sometimes we eat some products
because they produce happiness or what is the same we use them to replace
something that we lack and that we are not always aware of it.
For example, sweet foods are
those that have more dopamine components, that is, they have the capacity to
generate endorphins when we consume them, although these symptoms last a short
time producing a rise and fall in blood sugar, causing a sensation of wellbeing
and fatigue. start again. However, do not forget that when the body claims
sugar it is because the body's insulin reserves are decreasing. The important
thing is to know how to differentiate when we eat sweet things out of necessity
or anxiety.
It is important to listen to the
calls of the body but the most important thing is to take a varied diet in
small quantities making meals four or five times a day. This way we will avoid
those "calls" that are not always healthy.
If we listen to our body, which
we should not avoid, we should take the precaution of replacing the sensations
we have (sweet, salty) with foods that give us these flavors but are not empty
calories. For example, if we need to eat something salty (because we have done
sports and we have not hydrated enough) we can eat a ham sandwich and avoid the
fried potatoes. If, on the contrary, you ask us for chocolate, we eat dark
chocolate that has fewer calories and many more beneficial properties for the
organism but do not interpret this as to take a tablet and "zamparla"
whole.
If the need is for candy, instead
of taking candies, or any other empty calorie product, we can replace it with
nuts without added sugars such as figs, raisins or a sweet fruit smoothie such
as banana, mango, etc ... they will give you energy, calories but also vitamins
and minerals.
There are many suggestions,
suggestions that you should value and increase thinking before opening the
fridge but there is something very important and if the problem is not to be
hungry the solution will not be to eat. Let's think about it.
Sometimes, the problem is lack of
hydration and the feeling of anxiety or hunger "fictitious" is solved
by taking an infusion of some flavor that we like: that will make our body
taste in the mouth, hydrate and also not provide us with calories unnecessary.
