Primera norma: no te saltes
ninguna comida
tentempié a medio día.

Healthy daily menu
When we talk about healthy things
we all think of boring things, without spark or claw that we eat out of
necessity but not to give us pleasure, well. Yes it's correct. I practice the
healthy menu but that does not mean that I am passionate but above all is my
health and well-being.
But let's start with a topic:
breakfast like a king, eat like a prince and dinner like a beggar. This is a
good starting point for this post. There are many myths to which we should not
pay attention as drinking water between meals becomes fat. If it swells, in
some cases, but not fattening. You can have dessert after eating but fruit, a
piece and do not be from the group of sugars. That can slow digestion but not
fat. Finally, if you eat in normal and balanced amounts, it is not necessary to
take light products. Source: Speaker of May 21. Original text written by Uxía

others of own creation.
First rule: do not skip any food
That means having a good
breakfast is as essential as possible. It's simple, we start the day and we
need "fuel" and we have to provide it to the body, but not anything.
A toast, a coffee or coffee with
milk and fruit. Better fruit than juice but not for nothing special but because
the fruit has to chew it, swallow it and digest it. There is more mass
therefore the feeling of satiety is greater. On the contrary, the juice is
liquid and is digested very quickly causing a feeling of emptiness soon.
At breakfast it is also possible
to introduce a portion of protein although it is optional but healthy.
Formulas There are many, but this
is one of the easy to get in a bar or cafeteria, at home and anywhere without
problem.
Second rule: you must take a
snack at noon. No excuses, a piece of fruit would be ideal in the case of not
tormarlo with breakfast.
Third rule: the food must be that
of a prince. Never skip it, it's better late than never.
The dish has to be divided into
three parts: one half is filled with vegetables or salad. If it is vegetables
can be cooked steamed, baked, cooked ... not included potato, and vegetables
fried or battered and less processed.
A quarter of the dish should
carry grains, rice, quinoa, pasta, bulgur ... avoid refined flours and for the
last hollow we have the proteins chicken, fish, white meats ...
Drinking water and fruit is
allowed and healthy, alcohols, sugary or fizzy sodas are not included.
Fourth rule: in the afternoon we
will have a yogurt. Let's avoid the fruit starting at 7:00 p.m.
Fifth rule: Let's dine as "a
beggar."
Smaller quantities than at
dinner. Dinner should be on a plate. A small salad accompanied by an omelet, a
piece of fish, a hard-boiled egg salad and tuna. They are healthy suggestions
that will help us to be healthy and not get fat.
Yogurt or salad alone is for
occasional occasions but do not use it as a system. As for carbohydrates, it is
best not to touch them at night if we want to lose weight even though we do not
forget that ALL foods have carbohydrates to a greater or lesser extent.
If after all this, we go to bed
very late and the last intake has been 4 or 5 hours before you can take another
yogurt. I hope all of these tips will help you design your healthy menus.
