dieta.
Dieta Paleodieta: No se consumen alimentos procesados,
enlatados, procesados industriales, etc…
pescado, marisco, huevos, frutos secos, verduras , frutas, etc..
incentivador. Fuente : Extravoz 21 de Mayo 2017. Análisis de las dietas

bikini operation come back in Spring
How many times have we crushed
warning us when to put on the starting grid for the "bikini
operation". A marketing formula that works perfectly and more when we are
in Spring and looking closely at the Summer. Dreaming of wonderful bodies,
slender and young.
We all agree that it is not just
to diet for the summer period, but to eat "healthy" all year to avoid
unnecessary accumulations of fat that affect our silhouette. In this way, we
would avoid the summer stresses with the last-minute diets that sometimes give
us more dislikes than happiness.
But the message is somewhat
outdated because eating healthy alone is not thinned and if we also put the
"carrot" of the models in all ads, then we are already lost. Our
brain flips over and starts to get tired before its time. This has to be a
background race not about 100 meters smooth.
Delgadeces that only are obtained
with a tenacity and discipline that rubs the unreality, could be obtained with
the following three parts:
• A balanced diet, without fat,
with a study of food and variety to avoid boredom.
• You must accompany it with
exercise (each to the intensity you can or should) each day.
• Patience and constancy.
The community of Galicia is the
second community with the highest rate of obesity, 24.9%, while overweight
affects 43.5%.
Some reasons for these results
may be that the population is aging and "fat" is linked to aging.
Also the type of food that is
usually done although this is a community of good protein where pork products
are not a good ally.
The constitution is also an
important factor.
Stipulating a quantity of
calories daily is complicated since it will depend on the metabolism of each
person, the exercise that does, its constitution, its work ...
But there are some habits that,
always feel good as variety in diet, vegetables every day, just like fruit but
better not take it from 7pm. Escape saturated fats forgetting fast food,
pastries and processed.
As for protein, take fish three
times a week, white meat three or four times a week, red meat once a week,
yogurts, a slice of bread to eat and toast in the morning ... are simple tips
to follow, it is only Necessary to design the diet and be strict in it.
PRODUCTS WATCHED WITH MAGNIFYING GLASS
Beware of light: Low-fat cooked
ham has sugars, starch, potato starch. I am not a fan of the ham but it is
always better to opt for a slice of ham. The same happens with diet bars, or
with gluten-free foods.
Dining fruit is not the best: the
fruit is healthy but it is very rich in sugar. "Always substitute dinner
for fruit thinking that slimming can end up getting fatter.
Better bread than any cookie: And
also cereals, even if they are whole. "If they put without sugar, it is
because they carry sweeteners, and certainly more fats, like palm oil." On
the other hand, toasted bread is not healthier than normal, "on the
contrary, being roasted has lost water, has added sugars and salt."
Miracle diets?
Let's talk about miracle diets
that are not so much. There are as many diets as days, of which marketing is
one of its strengths.
Montignac Diet: This diet
consists of distinguishing foods according to their glycemic index and not by
their quantity, restricting foods with high glycemic index (bread, potatoes,
pasta, etc.) and allowing protein-rich foods in principle without quantity
limit (Meats, fish, dairy products, etc.)
The usual risks of this type of
diets are added to the deficiency of vitamin D intake, which can cause bone
problems such as osteoporosis, iron intake less than recommended, fiber deficit
and excess protein. In addition, like any general method falls into the error
of not being able to customize the diet, neither in quantity nor in quality.
Dissociated Diet: It is based on dividing or separating food into
groups and therefore consuming foods from a single group in the same food
without mixing different food groups, thus promoting weight loss. The
established groups are hydrates, proteins, fats, vegetables and fruits.
This diet has no scientific
basis. These types of diets result in consuming more protein and fat than
advised or in ingesting little energy.
Dukan Diet: It is a diet based on the massive consumption of
proteins, created by the well-known French Pierre Dukan. It is divided into
four phases, the first two alternating days of eating only proteins with others
in which they eat proteins and vegetables.
It is a hyperprotein diet.
Exceeds the recommended proportions especially in the first phase and also the
long-term adherence is complicated. Continued hyperprotection may lead to
health problems: kidney stones, metabolic acidosis, hyperuricemia, and loss of
bone mass. These negative effects have not been demonstrated in the short term.
Blood group diet: According to the diet of blood there are foods
for each type of blood group that will help you to lose weight. The naturopath
Peter J. D'Adamo argues that foods react chemically in different ways depending
on the type of blood.
This diet has no scientific basis
to support itself. It is based on uncontested neuropathy principles and on
models that do not correspond to reality. However, it contemplates the use of
almost all food groups and discourages caloric foods such as sausages, tubers
and legumes.
Detox diet: Most have in common to propose a diet based on fruit or
vegetable juices or smoothies and some organic ingredients. They presume to
purify the body, remove liquids and provide vitamins.
The term Detox has a lot of hook
as a detoxifier. Neither has a scientific basis, although something good has
recommended the consumption of fruit and vegetables. Offers three-day models.
In principle it has no negative repercussions for health, but never as
exclusive long-term diet.
Fasting Diet: Some propose to fast for 14 to 16 hours and eat in
the remaining period of the day. Others talk of fasting one day a week to
purify the body or also to carry out a strict diet of three days with a very
low caloric intake.
It's really back to the hunter
man who ate out of necessity and when he could. Many people make a semiayuno
for labor problems and have adapted their intake to working hours. However
fasting then generates a hypercaloric intake in later meals and does not seem
effective.
Gluten-free diet: It is based on the complete elimination of gluten
from the diet, under the assumption that this protein systemically damages the
villi that cover the digestive system and protect it.
It is clear that gluten-free food
is not only mandatory but the only treatment for celiac disease. The criteria
are not well defined, but it is true that many patients feel improved digestion
and well-being when they reduce or suppress gluten in the diet.
Diet Paleodieta: They do not consume processed foods, canned,
processed industrial, etc ... But also they are prohibited the consumption of
cereals and other sugars, dairy products and legumes. This means that your diet
is essentially based on red and white meats, fish, seafood, eggs, nuts,
vegetables, fruits, etc.
This diet has something positive
and is that it reduces consumption of refined flour and processed products,
eliminate pre-cooked and industrial sauces, using simple culinary technology.
Perricone Diet: It is supposed to be an antiaging diet, or
rejuvenating, which in addition to slimming takes care of the skin from within.
Give priority to proteins or egg and the first intake of the day should be
protein.
It is a restrictive diet that
tends to move away from a healthy eating pattern. Carbohydrates are reduced,
especially from the wheat.
In addition to follow this method
is necessary to use endless creams, tonics, soaps and food supplements. This
diet does not have any scientific evidence to support it.
Envelope Diet: It is presented as a comprehensive treatment
that combines the protein diet and the physiological adaptation. The reality is
that the first stage, for days, the food consists of protein envelopes combined
with very few foods allowed. The patient enters a state of "controlled
ketosis".
It is regulated by national and
international health agencies. It consists of diets below 800kcal / day. They
are difficult to carry but have proven their effectiveness in short term weight
loss and its long term benefit. Today there is enough scientific documentation
to guarantee its effectiveness, provided that it is carried out properly and
with medical control within an incentive program. Source: Extravoz 21 de Mayo
