Cuando algunos hombres hablan de
según qué tipo de ocio están hablando de prostitución una equivalencia que
puede llegar a justificar el secuestro y la esclavitud de mujeres. Por tanto,
estos hombres no dejan, de alguna manera, ser cómplices de dichos delitos.
La despedida de soltero, la
celebración del 25 cumpleaños, fiesta por ascenso en el trabajo… Clara lo sabe
porque fue ella quien atendió a los tres aquel día. Vino de Nigeria pensando que iba a trabajar en una
peluquería, pero en cuanto pisó nuestro país le explicaron que su rutina a
partir de entonces sería muy distinta a lo que había imaginado: debía pagar una supuesta deuda de 50000 euros vendiendo su
cuerpo. Si se negaba, la vida de su familia correría peligro. Desde entonces,
hace decenas de servicios sexuales diarios en turnos de 24 horas y entrega el
dinero obtenido a su “jefe”, el proxeneta.
A sus clientes no les interesa su
historia. Consumidores de sexo de pago acuden a este servicio porque les
resulta cómodo. “No tienes que andar cortejando a nadie, vas a lo que vas… si
echas cuentas y sumas lo que te cuesta invitar a una chica a cenar y tomarte
una copa después con ella verás que no hay color, y además nadie te asegura que
acabes la noche en la cama.
Pero, sobre todo, es que cuando
pagas te olvidas de complicaciones. No haya sentimientos, no le das vueltas a
la cabeza, el sexo es pura diversión que comienza y acaba cuando tú quieres. Otros tienen otras
motivaciones: gente casada, feliz con su mujer pero con ella no se sentiría
libre para practicar según qué juegos sexuales. Cuando vas a un club, pagas por
el tipo de sexo que quieres, tienes libertad para poner en marcha tus
fantasías…
Según algunos psicólogos, el hecho
de que todavía haya demanda de sexo de pago en un mundo de libertad como el
nuestro puede ser debido a que, en realidad lo que se busca es llevar el
control o dominio de la situación. Muchos hombres se sienten sometidos a un
examen porque la mujer actual, habitualmente, ha tenido otras experiencias, y
eso les hace sentirse comparados en cuanto a su potencia sexual y sus
habilidades como amante…
Sin embargo, cuando se acude al
sexo de pago, el cliente cree que el que paga manda, y hay un anhelo de buscar
aquella situación en donde la mujer solo está allí para complacer y
transmitirle que con él todo es una maravilla.
Una novedad es que el perfil del
consumidor de sexo de pago es cada vez más joven. Si hace 20 años los estudio
que analizaban al usuario dibujaban el perfil de un hombre mayor de 40 años,
casado y con cargas familiares, ahora la edad media ha bajado: según el INE, el
27% los españoles de 18 a 49 años
reconoce haber recurrido en alguna ocasión a la prostitución.
Cada año, cerca de tres millones
de personas son víctimas de la trata de seres humanos bajo coacciones, engaños
y promesas falsa. Si se pregunta a los clientes, la mayoría dirán que sólo
pagan por sexo puntualmente y nunca a una víctima de trata. Se estima que entre el 80 y 90% de las
mujeres que ejercen la prostitución en nuestro país son víctimas de trata. Las
probabilidades de contratar un servicio sexual con una persona obligada a ello
son muchas más de las que imagina el cliente que asocia el sexo de pago con
ocio.
Nosotras atendemos cada día a una
media de 280 mujeres esclavizadas, explica Rocío Mora directora de la
Asociación para la Prevención Reinserción y atención a la Mujer Prostituidas.
Estamos hablando de mujeres que pueden tener hasta 40 servicios sexuales
diarios. Su situación es de un miedo atroz y de un silencio absoluto,
consecuencia de ese terror.
Mabel Lozano tras 11 años de
investigación sobre el terreno. Su primer documental, Voces contra la trata de
mujeres (2007) fue pionera en nuestro país al atreverse a hablar por primera
vez de una realidad que parecía lejana. “la trata era un delito muy
desconocido. Entonces, e incluso ahora, se hablaba de trata de blancas a pesar
de que ese es un término que tiene que ver con la esclavitud del siglo XIX. Hoy
en día las mujeres son europeas, orientales, africanas… es trata de mujeres, de
seres humanos. E igual que se daba ese desconocimiento sobre el término, había
una falta de información tremenda sobre muchas otras cosas de esta realidad”.
Nigeria, Paraguay, Brasil,
Rumania… son algunas de las 39 nacionalidades de las mujeres que APRAMP atendió
el año pasado. La cifra puede dar una idea de la realidad detrás de la que se
encuentran factores como la feminización de las migraciones. Un número que en
lugar de ir reduciéndose va ganando terreno. “El negocio de la trata se está
focalizando en aquellos lugares donde hay una clara demanda, y España es el
tercer país con mayor demanda de servicios sexuales”, explica Rocío Mora, quien
recuerda que a nuestro país se lo conoce como el prostíbulo internacional de
Europa.
Según datos del Ministerio de
Sanidad, las redes de trata mueven alrededor de 8.3 millones de euros al día
solo en España, mientras la sociedad parece mirar para otro lado.
