aprendido algo nuevo”.www.alexwalk.com

Alex Walk: Nordic Walking
For many years there and Nordic
walking is known to all that is an endurance sport. Among other positive
attributes we could say that is also a form of outdoor exercise consisting of
walking with the aid similar to those used in skiing poles.
The origins of this sport
are in the 30s, when most skiers began to include in their training summer and
fall what they called "walking with sticks" or "walking with
sticks" in order to improve their fitness and winter to start training
with the right intensity. Later, in 1988, he appeared in the US. UU. hiking
classic technique with some similarities to Nordic Walking: EXERSTRIDER. This
technique was founded and developed by the American Tom Rutlin, ski instructor
and runner.
The practice of Nordic walking or
Nordic Walking as regular physical activity has similar effects to the training
of other endurance sports. Improves 90% of the muscles of the human body,
aerobic capacity, maximum oxygen consumption, physical resistance,
psychological resistance, strengthens the immune system, slows the aging
process.
But we all know and now it seems that
in the cities are rediscovering with strength and passion. Alex Walk, knows a
lot about this because it is one of the first pioneers of this hobby in
Barcelona and has also written a book and a second, about to publish, going
deeper in the art and contributions to our welfare.
Alex Walk conveys the meaning of
the word "way" from such different perspectives as physical health,
inner peace or pleasure of exploring an urban landscape. Arising from personal
experience, his words contain vital and overcoming generously sharing message.
Nature opens the door to a
world where every day you discover new sensations, new perceptions ...
gradually you find yourself, you know a little more. Still accumulating steps,
every day, carrying me ideas, some still in preparation, other projects ... The
key is knowing how to live, or rather, learn to do every day a little better.
Or so I've heard it once: "Never go to sleep without having learned
something new" .www.alexwalk.com
As he says: "walking with
sticks will be the next sport fashion. When the victims of the running discover
the physical, psychological and even spiritual benefits of walkim is very
likely that many change the timer by bats. This is the proposal of the Catalan
businessman Alejandro Rodrigo.
She says, his great discovery was
that apart from the benefits, walking transmitting a positive thought. It is
obvious that the sport has always had a close relationship with mental health
and emotional. Improves mood, reduces stress, brings calm, serenity ...
Walking is good, always has been,
but helping or using the sticks 90% of the body's muscles used. The suits
working hands, forearms, deltoids, shoulders ... provided you have learned well
the art.
Each step with sticks makes us to
get a erguimiento spine and thus also got an emotional erguimiento, to keep
aligned head back all the information we have in the spinal cord goes directly
to the brain, this facilitates oxygenation and better hormonal current.
But not only calms the emotions,
it also makes walking one can think and meditate, breathe in the atmosphere and
think to detox or things from another perspective. In fact, we talk about
solving problems or relativize. However, this sport makes you open your mind to
be more aware of your own movements, breathing, surrounding ... when run going
too fast and do not always see what lies ahead, not always aware of what is,
therefore, walking and not running makes more aware of reality have and not
lose so many trivial but important details with speed.
