sana ayuda a adelgazar.
Pan integral y chocolate negro:

BRAKES PREVENTING
LOSE WEIGHT
Although metabolism and hormonal factors
influence, there are many other aspects that may prevent you slim down and talk
about it now.
With twenty years, a week watching what you eat
is enough to lose two or three kilos more. But with the passage of time is not
so easy to take off extra kilos. This almost always be attributed to a change
in metabolism but there are many other factors that can prevent weight loss.
• Having done many diets you can create the
dreaded yo-yo effect. The more diets have done without getting maintain weight
then, but catching up and adding the odd kilo more worse our body reacts to a
new diet.
• In "saving". Because of this,
whenever we try to eat less, our metabolism slows down because you already know
what you're going to do "starve" and burn less because reacts
preserving their energy stores. Hence the importance of proper diet weight loss
and weight maintenance.
• Take an excess of hydrates. In moderation. It
is essential to take carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice) best in its integral
version, but in perspective, which usually coincides more with a serving dish
garrison. Why? For in this way there will be little free insulin in your body,
which increases the possibility of releasing fat and thus remove one of the
brakes that prevent us lose weight.
• The role of insulin. This hormone is released
when we eat meals or sweets because their role is to lower the blood sugar
level. But this has another effect, slows lipolysis, ie the ability to burn
fat, so that a brake is on a diet.
• Lack of omega-3. Facilitate hormonal work.
The hormones that act on the body to release and burn fat may have trouble
doing so if the membranes of the cells are parched. And this can be caused by a
lack of "good" fats such as omega-3 .For it is important that
ordinary food is oily fish, nuts, flax seeds, which give elasticity to cell
membranes.
• Lack of certain minerals. Chrome. Increases
insulin response protects and improves muscle fat output. You find it in eggs,
oysters, yeast, bread and cheese.
• Magnesium. Sometimes fatigue is attributed to
lack of iron when in fact lack magnesium. This is part of the
"currency" with which the cell "pays" the energy you need
for certain metabolic processes. It is found in whole grains, legumes,
chocolate, fruits and vegetables.
• Potassium. To prevent fluid retention should
be a balance between sodium and potassium, but got used to take up to three
times more the former than the latter. Therefore, we must increase the
consumption of lettuce, zucchini, artichokes, tomatoes, bananas ... rich in
potassium.
• Low level of serotonin. The lack of serotonin
leads to suffer the anxiety of the afternoon it seems that there is not enough
to cope chocolate, making it difficult to follow a diet. This situation
improves providing tryptophan, an amino acid precursor of serotonin, rich in
cereals, milk and chocolate.
3 assists to revive
thinning
Green tea: antioxidant and also has a metabolic
activator power. To aid in your fat-burning action takes 3 cups a day or
extracts.
Cinnamon: cinnamon polyphenols improve insulin
sensitivity and fats off of the cell. Use it as powder sweetener in place of
sugar.
Red wine: Your polyphenols become food for the
"good" bacteria in the intestine and a healthy flora helps you lose
weight. Take a glass 3 or 4 days a week.
Combinations that help you lose weight
Wholemeal bread and black chocolate: a
delicious breakfast or snack that will help control hunger and put you in a
good mood. The amount is always a slice and an ounce of chocolate.
Banana and nuts: Tryptophan banana combined
with omega 3 nuts calm mood and reduces anxiety.
Comprehensive couscous and chickpeas: another
rich main dish in magnesium which also includes vegetables and vegetables.
Mini wholemeal bread and cheese: a snack
midmorning or midafternoon that combines two foods rich in chromium.
Eggs and potatoes: Not for every day, but
occasionally give you a taste you can come good and increase your intake of
chromium.
