CAMINOS PARA LA REALIZACION PERSONAL (II)

Hace pocos días empezamos a hablar sobre los libros,
considerados clásicos, que hablan de la realización personal y sus caminos.
Hoy seguimos con la segunda parte debido a la buena aceptación que tuvo la primera.

El arte de amar ( Eric Fromm)
Ideas principales
·        El amor es la única respuesta saludable y satisfactoria al problema de la existencia humana.
·        Lo que la mayoría de personas encuentran atrayente en una persona es una mezcla entre popularidad y se appeal.
·        El amor, como todo arte, debe aprenderse para poder ser ejercitado con maestría y profundidad.
·        Un momento de felicidad en el amor nos compensa por cualquier sufrimiento y esfuerzo que nos exija la vida.
·        No hay nada más fácil que amar , lo difícil es mantener viva la llama del amor cuando se extingue la pasión inicial.

El amor maduro es un ingrediente básico para realizarnos y escapar a la enajenación que promueven la sociedad de consumo y el estado.

Ideas principales
·        La premisa del verdadero conocimiento es acallar el pensamiento para que pueda surgir la verdad.
·        Para alcanzar la sabiduría no hay que acumular conocimientos, sino justamente liberarnos d ellos para dejar paso a lo nuevo, sin condicionantes ni expectativas.
·        Mientras busquemos seremos incapaces de encontrar.
·        La autoridad corrompe tanto al discípulo como al maestro. Cada uno es su propio maestro y su propio libro.
·        Si dejas de temer la vida, dejarás de temer la muerte.

Lo esencial
La verdad sólo puede descubrirla uno mismo, sin guías externos ni filtros. Para ello basta con sentarse en silencio y observar la realidad más allá del ruido de los pensamientos.

·        La vida humana existe en cuatro niveles: espiritual, mental, emocional y físico. Para desarrollarnos plenamente es importante sanar e integrar estas cuatro esferas.
·        Cualquier creación se produce primero en el campo mental. Al pedir algo, estamos creando las oportunidades para que suceda.
·        El universo nos recompensa cada vez que asumimos un riesgo que merece la pena.
·        La visualización creativa es sembrar a nivel mental los frutos que esperamos recoger de la vida.
·        Antes de hacer una visualización, debemos estar convencidos de que merecemos aquello que estamos pidiendo.

Imaginar el futuro tal como desearíamos que fuera nos predispone poderosamente para alcanzar nuestros objetivos.

Ideas principales
·        Se proactivo . Acostumbrate a actuar en lugar de reaccionar.
·        Empieza con el fin en mente. ¿Qué dirá la gente de ti el día de tu funeral? Tener una misión en la vida ayuda a clarificar objetivos.
·        Pon primero lo primero. La efectividad depende de saber establecer prioridades.
·        Piensa en ganar /ganar. Tu éxito no debe depender del fracaso de otros.
·        Busca primero comprender, y sólo luego ser comprendido. No puede haber influencia sin empatía.
·        Practica la sinergía. Hay “terceras alternativas” que no afloran en un primer análisis.
·        Afila la sierra. Para incrementar la productividad debemos equilibrar las dimensiones física, mental, espiritual y social de nuestra vida.

Ideas principales
·        Nuestros pensamientos determinan nuestro futuro. Por eso los pensamientos  felices promueven un mundo de felicidad.
·        Si nos amamos a nosotros mismos, nuestra vida funcionará sin problemas.
·        Las ideas y creencias que tenemos sobre nosotros mismos son a menudo la causa de nuestros problemas y enfermedades físicas. Al cambiar nuestro modo de pensar podemos sanarlos.
·        Si dejas de criticarte tal vez  empezarás a amarte.
·        Cada persona es responsable de sus propias experiencias. No tiene ningún sentido culpar al mundo por ello.
·        El punto de máximo poder siempre es el momento presente.
·        Utiliza afirmaciones positivas para recordar quién eres y obtener lo que mereces.
