EL ARTE DE LA CONVERSACIÓN

Hace tiempo que no escribo temas relacionados con mis

sensaciones quizás porque no me ocurrían o porque he estado tan distraída e  inmersa en mi trabajo y mi propio contra reloj debido a que está cerca mi partida, que olvide la satisfacción y el placer que ofrece una buena, interesante y larga conversación con un desconocido que poco a poco deja de serlo para convertirse en alguien especial con quien compartir un buen rato.

En cualquier caso, hoy al levantarme, he decidido ir a ver el desfile militar que había en avenida 68 en conmemoración al día de la independencia de Colombia pero primero era ir a desayunar y así lo hice, pero cuál fue mi sorpresa que al entrar en el comedor, me  encontré con un buen amigo llamado José Luis, nacido en Ciudad Juarez y una persona increíblemente inteligente.

Nos hemos sentado juntos para el desayuno, nos hemos servido nuestras viandas según el gusto y apetencia de cada uno, sentándonos y empezando a hablar sobre  donde estaba Antonio, interrumpíamos la conversación unos segundos para abordar otro tema y así sucesivamente.

Poco a poco hemos ido avanzando nuestra abierta conversación tomando como hilo conductor los signos zodiacales chinos y describiéndolos, luego hemos seguido con la descripción de mil experiencias que JL ha tenido y que estaban relacionadas con el tema que nos llevaba la conversación.

Lo más apasionante es que es un conversador nato y que necesita comunicarse para ser feliz y liberarse de estrés y presiones que a veces nos atosigan al estar lejos de casa.

Hemos hablado de casi todo , sentimientos, léxico, experiencias, viajes, familia, etc…. Tanto que cuando nos hemos dado cuenta eran las 14h.

Pero ha sido un rato delicioso que me ha hecho sentir bien, complacida y relajada. Si me he tomado el domingo de asueto verdadero, no trabajo, no presentaciones, no viajes, no nada, solo pensar y escuchar en lo que la otra persona decía y lo que yo tenía que decir, relajando el alma y percibiendo por primera vez en mucho tiempo esa liberación que te ofrece estar sentado en tertulia sin tensiones, sin pensar que dirán, que pensaran, no digas eso ,cuidado con lo otro….

Es increíble lo que se aprende escuchando de personas con talento e inteligencia pero eso si con mucho respeto pero con pasión y fervor, el fervor que da la fluidez de las palabras al pasar por nuestro cerebro y dejarlas salir por nuestra boca ,solo por el placer de hablar, conversar, comunicarse , intercambiar experiencias… Aquí he aprendido muchas cosas , todas importantes pero la mayor es la recuperación de mi propio yo, de mi espíritu, mi libertad, mi coraje  y mis ganas de vivir y sentirme libre saliendo cada dia por la puerta, respirar hondo y mirando fijamente a la nada decir, buenos días , nuevo día , aquí estoy para servirte y para servirme a mi misma, prepararos Mundo por salgo por la puerta  y empieza mi jornada laboral.

Espero que tengáis la misma oportunidad que tengo yo y que os pueda servir para alejaros de los fantasmas y acercaros al bienestar y la salud mental que proporciona una buena conversación con alguien interesante

THE ART OF CONVERSATION

Long time no write issues perhaps because my feelings or did not occur to me because I've been so distracted and immersed in my work and my own against the clock because it is close to my departure, I forget the satisfaction and pleasure offering good , interesting and long conversation with a stranger who slowly ceases to be to become someone special to share a good time.

Anyway, today when I got up, I decided to go see the military parade was on Avenue 68 in commemoration of the Independence Day of Colombia but first I was going to breakfast and I did, but what was my surprise upon entering the dining room, I met a good friend named José Luis, born in Ciudad Juarez and incredibly intelligent person.

We sat together for breakfast, we have served our meats according to the taste and palatability of each, sitting down and beginning to talk about where it was Antonio, we interrupted the conversation a few seconds to address another issue and so on.

Slowly we have been taking forward our open conversation as a thread describing the Chinese zodiac signs and then we continued with the description of a thousand experiences that JL has had and were related to the topic that took us the conversation.

Most exciting is that it is a natural conversationalist and you need to communicate to be happy and free yourself from stress and pressures that sometimes harass us being away from home.

We talked about almost everything, feelings, vocabulary, experiences, travel, family, etc .... So much so that when we realized they were 14h.

But it was a delicious moment that made me feel good, relaxed and pleased. If I have taken the day off Sunday true, no job, no presentations, no traveling, no nothing, just think and listen to what the other person said and what I had to say, relax the soul and realizing for the first time long release that gives you sitting in gathering without tensions, without thinking they will say, to think, do not say that, watch the other ....

It's amazing what you learn by listening to people with talent and intelligence but that if very respectfully but with passion and fervor, fervor giving flow of words changes our brain and our mouth let them out, just for the pleasure talk, talk, communicate, exchange experiences ... Here I learned many things, but most important all is the recovery of my self, my spirit, my freedom, my courage and my will to live and feel out each day for free the door, take a deep breath and staring at nothing to say good morning, new day, I'm here to serve you and to serve myself, I prepare for World walk out the door and start my day.

I hope you have the same opportunity that I have and that you can serve to stray from the ghosts and get close to the well-being and mental health provides good conversation with someone interesting
