COMER SEGÚN EL TAMAÑO DE TU MANO / EAT CONCERNING THE SIZE OF YOUR HAND

EAT BY THE SIZE OF YOUR HAND
We have talked endlessly and seas of ink have been written on how to achieve the ideal weight and not get fat . On the one hand for aesthetics, on the other hand for health in any case , the goal is to be thin and beautiful by the standards set today , much to say that the sizes have changed and no longer takes being takes a table. Well, unfortunately it is not quite true because even we see shops with maximum size 44 ( European size ) and when some famous slimming read the headline " after losing a few pounds , is prettier and younger than ever " , that if anyone had doubts .
We must lead by example , not theory or healthy lifestyle campaigns never reach the corners that should , but finally ...

In any case, it is not easy to lose weight but the theory seems to be that it would be. We all know that change our habits has never been easy , and only for people who are able to do and stay railways get a result but what are the results if sustained over time.
My generation , we are even those that parents had to prime the children to see them healthy and strong , but then turned out to have nothing to do with one another. Now the theory has changed and you only need to be "normal" to be healthy, otherwise it will eventually all problems, social and health .

My secret proven, is to eat less than what you spend , often secret you will say ! , Yes , that's the only thing that matters and I say again, this standard can eat whatever you want , though in a controlled and healthy no fat , just healthy foods , legumes, vegetables , fruits, etc ... duly chosen by seasons without provoke the strange mixtures using different gastric juices stomach to burn everything we've ingested and therefore feel heavy , swollen and cranky.

The secret move and do not imply a shatter simply moving for a few hours a day. Walking, walking but only 2 or 3 hours a day. Forget the car and transport in general, using our legs and willpower . He's out ! This is the magic word , willpower to endure the training you need to eat and not spend . But it is not easy, especially if we live a life of stress, nerves , worries, etc ... keep ferrous with exercise and food, which unfortunately seems to be the only relief that are facing the desolation in which we live.
Not to be negative but I think to be positive you have to be realistic and be clear that we face , just so we can get psychological help allies .

Now I will tell you another idea I saw on a charge of The World ( 01/19/2014 ) I found interesting here it is .

EATING BY THE SIZE OF YOUR HAND
Neither miracle diet or self-help books and gurus nutritionists : something as simple as our own hands can be the best tool to get us to feed properly and therefore , go down and weight and detoxify us from the excesses of Christmas.
The idea is very simple, and perhaps it is this simplicity that has led to numerous institutions, associations dietitians and obesity prevention are betting on it.
It is about using our hands as a guide to calculate the size of the portions. Thus, the palm would be the extent of the portion of animal protein ( ie goodbye to those steaks that come out of the dish) , a handful would serve to establish the amount of rice , pasta and other grains that we should take ; the tip of the big toe to the ration amount of butter and sugar, while the dose of cheese and similar fats should be no more than two fingers. As for vegetables and vegetables, eat as many as we could fit in our two hands together. At the time, the five fingers remind us not only that the daily intake should be distributed in five meals - breakfast, mid morning, lunch, tea and dinner , but also the number of servings of fruits and vegetables that you need to consume each day.
"Actually, this is not a diet per se, but in a way that is understanding that we will reduce the size of the portions. It is a method of learning and re-education , "says nutritionist Marta Aranzadi . It coincides with Luis Moran, dean of the College of Nutritionists and dietitians Andalusia: "In XXL full portions trend , the goal is to incorporate simple teaching methods and to help people with poor eating habits to calculate the amount of food and nutrients we need "he explains.
But , why hands ? The story is curious , and to know we must go back 30 years ago and look to Africa. Here in Zimbabwe , Dr. G. D. kazzim Mawji , a reputed medical specialist in diabetes, focused its efforts on ensuring that people learn to feed properly in order to prevent the impact of this disease.
Given the high degree of illiteracy , realized that he must devise a method that is simple , visual and accessible to all . And so devised known as Zimbabwe Hand Jive, by the hands are used as a reminder and measurement tool to help improve the diet in place. As a reminder, because Meek has the advantage that always carry with us , as a measurement tool because they serve to personalize the portions : the size of the hand is in line with the people and consequently to food needs .
But what began as a rudimentary local method ended up going around the world : Dr. Mawji put it in the Global Diabetes Medical Conference on Education , held in 1993 in Indiana, and his success was overwhelming . To the extent that joined feeding recommendations offered by the various companies and associations dedicated to the prevention of type 2 diabetes. Also the U.S. military , through the Guard Your Health program to promote health among military and their families , issued a diet based on this guide . And what happened next was that dietitians and nutritionists were Western adapting this diet beyond diabetes , in order to use it as a method to lose weight.
"The paradox ," says Luis Morán , " is that while Africa has subsequently been used to teach people what the minimum amount of food that should be consumed each group in our society are using to otherwise are is say , that the portions are cut . " And also, to complement the famous food pyramids , because the expert continues , " is not much to explain to people who have to take two, five or ten servings of a food group if then do not know what is really a ration " .
The method , however , has its limitations, as Marta Aranzadi explains, " only tells you the size, but keep in mind that foods do not have the same nutritional or caloric value. Thus, if one seeks what is to lose weight , you must keep in mind that , although the same size , the same does not fatten a serving of salmon a hake , not a calf a lamb . "
The goal of the diet of the hand , once again recalls Moran, " is not slim , but to recover common sense in our food. But clearly , in those accustomed to eating large portions, the application of this simple method will result in a drop in weight. " So , we know : we have to go far to find the Mede to regain the figure , the solution we have , and never better, in our own hands .
