ANTIGIMNASIA / ANTIGYM : THERESE BERTHERAT

Saludos

ANTIGIMNASIA : THÉRÈSE BERTHERAT
We are in the era of the cult of the body but only understand by that name, go to the gym to crush us and destroy our muscles hard and intense exercise .
Perhaps when it is very young, these excesses do not matter but we can not forget that the body has a memory and that this bill passing is taxed later if we do not remedy .
Today I explained the new technique antigimnasia that began in the 60s. Hope you are interested.
The antigimnasia is a bodywork technique created by the physiotherapist Therese Bertherat .
Its aim is to regain mobility , health and independence of the body and in turn deepen the knowledge of oneself.
You can go watching as the body has been organizing , protecting and subtly adapting to life that has been lived .
With this technique we learn to have a perception and an awareness of your body more intimate, more accurate and more autonomous . Each session learn to undo yourself from a lot of twitching , stiffness and muscle and joint pain , we tired and limit movement .
But not only pay attention to muscle pain : a session antigimnasia the word , reflection and expression of feelings and emotions play an as important as the movements themselves.
Bertherat Thérèse 's book called The body has its reasons , compares the body to a house that we have lost the keys. Recall is possible , says : you can return to inhabit the body with happiness and she intends to do with " not brutalize movements but intelligence develop muscle movements that originate inside the body, not imposed from outside " .
Welfare is attained when we abandon positions affected ( of fear , superiority , uncertainty ) and other healthier change . At that time, the body ceases to express pain and restores the harmony that was lost.

According Bertherat , the body stores plenty of information that are shaping the global structure of the person. The body contains all the emotions and reactions showing rejects or suppresses consciousness . The body is the book of our history , efforts to adapt conditioned values , fears ... everything that makes up the character.

The body, overwhelmed by emotions denied, unresolved trauma , conditioned learning ... complains .
Protests are these mild pains in the beginning, but if you do not listen, those pains or complaints will be stronger case until you do .
The basis of the anti - gym is free of programming stored in the body , but make no mistake connected with our body armor unleashed conflicts.

The anti - body gym offers a small precise movements to re- move the muscles.
It is not infinite repetitions and intensity. Go for these global movements reveals ourselves if we become aware of the way we do. Harmonizes the whole of our volume
His practice affects both relieve physical discomfort as improving emotionally.
I included Thérèse video explaining some video technique and more .

regards
