Acompañemos a

ABDOMINALS: ISOMETRICS TO AVOID INJURY
For the summer
we all start to start with diets, gyms, etc ... avoiding accumulating fat and
if possible lose what we could win during the winter. But not only diet has a
beneficial effect, you also have to accompany it with exercise to strengthen
muscles and burn fat.
There are many
ways to strengthen muscle and abs, so fashionable nowadays, but the isometric
technique is ideal and with few options for injury, although it is not me who
says it, it is Harvard, they also corroborate it.
Undoubtedly,
also the "crunchs" is the exercise most used by all to strengthen the
"six pack" and as we all know you have to perform the exercise lying
on your back, semi-flexed open legs and start to raise and lower the trunk:
Ronaldo he repeats them 3000 times a day, of course how wonderful the boy is
... but this can damage the lower back if it is not done correctly, so
practicing the only exercise recommended by doctors at Harvard University
(Boston) is the isometrics = plates. With this exercise you can work in a more
balanced way all the abdomen and back even the buttocks in only one exercise.
This is a
series of exercises performed in a posture of horizontal stability: face down
elevating the body horizontally supported by the palms of the hands, elbows and
feet activating the whole body to the maximum. In this position, all muscles
are contracted in a static position for 10 seconds. Although exceeded that
time, it can be lengthening.
It seems easy
but it requires strength and technique to correctly position the body. That
will improve the tone of our body helping us not to have back pain, lumbago,
etc ...
After
operation OT, Magali Dalix has made it clear to us how to exercise and get fit.
She published in 2016 a book called "change your body in 20 days"
where she explains that you have to invest time in 3 days a week to harden the
belly.
These
exercises involve different groups of muscles at the same time becoming a
complete exercise and with very few risks of injuries. That said, do not expect
miracles. As everything, it is necessary time, patience and dedication since it
is necessary to accompany it with a balanced diet.
Increase the
green color in the dishes is good because they have diuretic properties as well
as fruit: strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, orange.
Hydration is
essential but avoid everything that has added sugar and gas. The infusions is a
good option since it will help us to drink water with different flavors and
what we do have to increase are the amounts of protein in each intake; necessary
for the combustion of grease.
Let us
accompany all this with Prebiotics and low-fat dairy products. Watch out for
lactose intolerant.
This is a
basic guide to get going and prepare for the spring and summer that are already
here.
