Como hacer leche de avena
1 vaso de avena cortada o en

los granos estén blanditos, enjuágalos y escurrir bien. Metemos en la batidora
el agua, pero no la que hemos utilizado para el remojo, y la avena. Luego lo
pasamos por un chino para que la bebida quede limpia de impurezas, se añade un
poco de canela y miel volviéndola a
pasar por el batidor. Luego lo metemos en un bote o botella de cristal y lo
metemos en la nevera que nos aguantará unos 3 días. Es mi favorita.
Leche de quinoa: Un vaso de
bebida de quinoa aporta hasta 3gr de proteínas. Además proporciona 20 mg de
magnesio, 5 mg de calcio, y cantidades menores de otros minerales.
Como beneficios, la semilla de
quinoa ha sido considerada medicinal desde tiempos ancestrales, especialmente
por tribus originarias de los países andinos, y se ha usado para el tratamiento
de abscesos, luxaciones, ansiedad, osteoporosis, diabetes, migrañas y
