magnesio, triptófano u omega 3 ayudan a combatirlo.
vamos a citar ahora, contribuyen a reducir
frutos secos, nueces etc…

SOME FOODS THAT HELP YOU TO SUPPORT STRESS AND ANXIETY
When we are stressed, under
pressure, with problems, many people are awakened by anxiety and eat
compulsively. It is not always easy to control it because in those moments we
are not able to think and stop, but we are carried away by that anxiety and
agony that pushes us to open the fridge and start eating without control.
But there are foods that can help
us control those "starts" and we will talk about them in this post.
They are not panaceas, nor miracle foods, they are products that due to their
content in magnesium, tryptophan or omega 3 help to fight it.
Stress is the response of our
body to the external demands and tensions that we want to reach but which are
not always standard demands and that has psychological and physical
repercussions with muscular pains, contractures, fatigue, etc ...
Stress is the response of our
body to the external demands and tensions that we want to reach but which are
not always standard demands and that has psychological and physical
repercussions with muscular pains, contractures, fatigue, etc ...
This state is produced by work,
personal relationships, economic issues, the environment, health, losses,
deficiencies ... there are no rules or rules to follow, only by learning to
handle situations, we will be able to control our state of mind avoiding
carrying to the extreme our organism. However, food, rest play a very important
role.
Although in order to acquire a
nutritional balance to cope with stress and anxiety, it is good to design a
minimum menu where each day we can eat a couple of foods full of vitamin B,
magnesium and tryptophan. These nutrients are related to different hormonal
responses helping to combat anxiety but not all stresses can be combated with
food, since depending on the intensity, origin etc ... you will have to consult
a specialist to advise us.
Some of the foods that we are
going to quote now, contribute to reduce the levels of some hormones such as
cortisol, adrenaline ... and other foods are rich in tryptophan, an essential
amino acid, which favors the production of serotonin, which influences the mood
, anxiety and happiness.
Among these foods are: quinoa,
turkey meat, oats, salmon, orange, dark chocolate, spinach, chickpeas, banana
and nuts.
Quinoa is rich in magnesium,
iron, calcium, vitamins C, E, B1 and B2 as well as omega 6 and 3 acids.
Turkey meat, in addition to
being a source of B vitamins, contains tryptophan.
Oats provide vitamins B1, B2
and E. It also has minerals such as magnesium, zinc, calcium and iron.
Salmon, as we all know,
contains omega 3 fatty acids.
Orange is rich in citric
acid and source of vitamins and trace elements.
Chickpeas contain vitamins
of group B, C, E and K. They are rich in minerals.
The banana provides a large
amount of minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and vitamins A, B and
C.
Magnesium is an indispensable
mineral. It regulates blood pressure, increases performance and calms nerves.
The seeds usually contain high levels of magnesium. But it is not the only
"element" important, vitamins A, C and E keeps the body strong
fighting the formation of free radicals responsible for aging. They are found in
citrus fruits, carrots, melons, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, tomatoes,
peppers, nuts and olive oil.
The omega 3 of fish acts as an
antidote to stress by increasing the production of serotonin and blue fish are
rich in this type of fatty acids.
Green leafy vegetables also
provide folates, essential for the production of dopamine, a hormone that also
influences well-being and happiness.
However, the foods that can
influence us the most within a frame of stress and anxiety are those that give
us tryptophan, but by themselves they do not produce any effect unless they are
accompanied by carbohydrate intake, which should be taken in moderation. Among
these products are chocolate, salmon, nuts, nuts etc ...
Never forget that in these
episodes you have to control more than ever the intakes since the body will ask
for carbohydrates, fats, sugars ... compulsively.
