ANTI-CANCER FEEDING
Sometimes and without knowing why, we get up
with muscle, joint pain ... but how to avoid them without having to resort to
drugs ?.
In the first place and whenever there are
no injuries, you have to exercise a little, walk, do some aerobic class, etc
... the body is made to move although sometimes we forget about it and if it
does not move enough, it ends up "complaining "That is why the
movement is essential but apart from the movement I leave some suggestions and
foods that could help us to alleviate these symptoms, as they have a natural
analgesic effect. Obviously, if this pain persists, if there are injuries, etc
... without a doubt we should go to a specialist to determine what is most
appropriate for us and our ailment.
It is true that in a time of intense pain,
resorting to a medication can be a quick and effective solution. But if you
suffer recurring discomfort, you should know that there are nutrients that have
anti-inflammatory and therefore analgesic effect, since pain usually appears
because of inflammation. Now, just as there are some foods that reduce
inflammation, there are others that favor it and you do not want to take them.
They are refined sugars and flours, as well as saturated and trans fats.
(PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ANTI-INFLAMMATORY NUTRIENT TABLE ABOVE)
The 10 anti-pain foods
Bird
broth: Not only does it comfort the catarrhal states, it also alleviates
the symptoms. According to experts from the Mayo Clinic of the United States,
hot liquids like broth reduce inflammation and sore throat. To this effect we
must add the antioxidants of the onions, carrots, turnips or celery that are
added to the broth.
Cherries:
The red color is due to anthocyanins, a type of flavonoid with antioxidant and
anti-inflammatory action found in red, blue and purple fruits.
Orange:
Helps combat cellular oxidation and inflammation: vitamin C, naringenin,
hesperidin ...
Pineapple:
Its anti-pain action is due to bromelain, an enzyme that facilitates the
digestion of proteins and inhibits prostaglandins, which are the cause of
inflammation.
Grenada:
extracts of pomegranate seeds pressed in cold stop the action of enzymes that
promote inflammation.
Green
Tea: Reduces the sensation of pain due to polyphenol (EGCG) as well as back
pain or sciatica.
Coffee:
also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties but can not be overused.
Turmeric:
It is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Beware of consumption if
you have hemorrhoids.
Ginger:
It has digestive and anti-inflammatory properties.
Chilli:
Its spicy taste is due to the capsaicina, substance that favors the production
of endorphins, diminishing the sensation of pain.
Of some of these foods / spices you can expand
the information if you look for it in woman and revolution, where I have
included their nutritional values and where the information is more
extensive.
