frente a nosotros, merece un atisbo negativo, un enfado, un mohín;

NEGATIVE THINKING DESTROYS THE HEALTH
Is certain to be negative, to see things from
the point of view dark, thinking the worst, never see a way out is insane. Do
not give us the opportunity to change things, that may not allow us to see
another way, more options ... all helps the situations are not negative for
human and that make us feel good without pressure or feeling anxiety .
With a smile, with a positive mind, with a
minute to think if the situation we have in front of us, really deserves a
negative hint, a huff, pout; We get help and see that there is always a way out
or solution and if there is not, we enter the topic "then why
bother".
Gangchen Rinpoche, a Buddhist monk, an expert
on Tibetan spiritual medicine passing through Madrid to participate in the XXV
Congress for Peace in the World. It is a lama of healing smile and talked about
peace. Its quiet appearance, at peace with the world and its ways, the way they
recite prayers run make it special.
According to him, in society we have very
carefully the development of the external, but we must also look internally. It
is not religion, is a medicine to keep people away from violence through the
five senses. Touching, kissing is necessary, he says, but without pouting,
letting the energy flow and offer our friendly hand. The act violently can
trigger diseases. If we act alone, that generate a beneficial effect on us and
others. We must change the thoughts, looking to be positive. Negativity
destroys health and family. For that you need not visit Buddha or go to a
temple, it is an inner attitude.
Gangchen believes that traditional Tibetan
medicine and can coexist. Traditional medicine is very necessary, but sometimes
have side effects. In fact, their congresses attended by many doctors and
scientists to share views and experiences.
It's good to write sentences with good
intentions, phrases to help when, inspiring phrases that might make you think
who read them .. are read. it can be curative or restorative ... and we will
see if we are able to look into his eyes, listen, wondering ... right now, one
of the tasks of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche is to spread the medicine of good, good thoughts,
to think positive ... but not confuse meditation or yoga with positive
thoughts. Yoga is movement flexibility for the energy flow and can transmit to
all our body that "current" to continue flowing; meditate is quiet,
thinking. But do not forget that you can not think positive if our brain is not
calm, our energy does not flow through our body normally, therefore, the
importance of yoga and meditation, preparatory exercises to help our body to
have those positive reactions giving us the option to think positive and look
for the best solution to any difficult situation.
Think positive, do exercise to eliminate stress
and pressures, eat healthy, remove fat and excess alcohol, live our life fully
and be very difficult to overshadow our smile.
