A mi me paso.

 THE POWER OF THE FOREST
As I said sometimes visit the forest when the heat give way to colder seasons is something we all have in our heads. The bright colors worn by the woodland are an inevitable attraction. The forest autumn travel is a rite for any nature lover.
The visit to the forest is more than a meeting with the elemental beauty of nature or call inexcusable fashion.
The reasons for a few hours in any woodland should not be only cosmetic, as a tour of the forest reports undoubted health benefits for our body and mind. Walk in the woods is medicinal. Countries like the United States, Finland and especially Korea and Japan have developed a science that, in the country of the Rising Sun, called Shinrin yoku, something like baths forest.
The discipline studies the positive effects of forests have on our physical and mental health. The Japanese Government has spent four decades developing forests which called therapeutic tool for population health and element to reduce health costs. In the land of the Rising Sun it is normal for the doctor sends you for a walk in the woods, instead of pills to stuff yourself, when you tell you get tired, you have insomnia, you're nervous and stuff.
Research conducted by environmental scientist physiologist and Yoshifumi Miiyazaki, Chiba University, together with immunologist Quig Li, the Nippon Medical School in Tokyo, with people who conducted a two-hour ride through the interior of a forest, say a considerable decrease in cortisol give saliva and blood glucose, blood pressure reduction and prefrontal cerebral activity, among other consequences.

Contact with mature forests, that is, natural forest formations of mature trees, reduces stress, regulates heart rate and respiration, increases the number of lymphocytes, the immune system and reactive power production of anti-cancer proteins, among other benefits.
Meanwhile, the Community authorities suggest medical departments of partner countries to support these therapies and programs as Selvans, operating in Catalonia since a couple of years ago.

But to implement this activity they needed some pointers to keep in mind; I count them:
.- Peace: When you start the activity will not be subject to schedules or competitions, we will walk, breathe, observe and try to give us peace, forgetting for a moment the problems that plague us.
.- Respect: Walking through the forest has to be an activity done out of respect for nature, not boot branches fire do not destroy anything. This is the environment provide us with benefits and for this we must benefit not altering the site.
.- Forecast: Establish and follow a basic route. The lack of references in the woods makes it easy to get lost.
.- Description: Information panels we can find, we provide information to our visit to avoid losing the way.
.- Hours: You should get up early and have the maximum possible light during our walk avoiding the dark
.- Clothing: Wear warm clothing and rain. Keep a spare for when we finish the walk.
Footwear .-: suitable footwear is needed, no need boots professional but if a waterproof and comfortable.
.- Food: A piece of fruit or nuts will suffice. Do not forget that there will be a prolonged activity.
.- Water: Do not drink from streams. Best bring in canteen.
.- Equipment: The walking sticks and also will help further exercise is to strengthen the arm.

In order to put into practice these therapies, we leave our 12 exceptional groves territory.
