REFRESHING TEAS:
INFUSION OF SPRING
Although his name is reminiscent of flowers,
good weather, heat ... it's a tea that could be prepared in any season, because
its effect is refreshing.
But broadly explain the properties of the two
essential components of this tea. First primrose is a flower / diuretic,
anti-arthritic and antirheumatic plant. Its leaves are edible, but only the
tender and fresh leaves. These are used for salads, or coated in egg. We
provide, inter alia, vitamin C, flavonoids salicylic acid and pigments.
As for new lemon little we can say, is a big
contributor of vitamin C, antioxidants consumption help us have a healthier
external appearance. It also improves digestion helping to better digest
proteins, fats and cleanser dissolves if taken on an empty stomach.
We need to prepare the infusion:
•
1 tablespoon of flowers and leaves or spring primrose
•
1 lemon rind
•
1 lemon juice
•
½ liter of water
To work it out, we toss the spring flowers and
leaves in a pint of boiling water. Turn off the heat and let cool completely
water. Once cool, add the juice and lemon peel cut into pieces.
Marinate for twelve to twenty four hours,
placing the container in the refrigerator and serve with a lump of brown sugar.
