enseñar a planchar y cocinar jugando y comprando bebes muñeco…
A continuación pasamos a niveles
He estudiado una
carrera y un máster. He alcanzado una razonable situación laboral y económica.
temor.
perfecta. Albergar altas expectativas lleva directamente a sentirse culpables
No

FIRST-MOTHER TO BE 40 YEARS
We always talk about the
possibility of reconciling being a mother to work, talking about how delay time
inventing ways to get to get even think that these formulas are human, that is
too much, but in the end seems to be with the human effort get.
But rarely we talk about how to
make the decision to become a mother is not out of range, medically speaking,
optimal for the mother and the baby on the way.
First, when we are small, we
enter into the daily routine of the family, dolls, pink, dresses, teach ironing
and cooking playing and buying baby doll ... Then comes the school, where some
other scheme is broken, but that in any case, stereotypes continue.
We now turn to higher levels,
school. Where messages begin to change: study, prepare, learn languages to go
out to work or employment of better quality, being independent, even if its
implications .. etc ...
At the end we were in college,
having followed, more or less, with all that society is marking on the road and
subliminal messages or not: pursue a master, find work experience, find a
better job and change companies to create a solid and strong CV to reach our
professional culmination .... In the end, we are "grown-up" and
saying, now .- good mother and I want to be going fast because I have 38 or 39
or 40 years and I run out of time.- and this is where we begin our post
including some paragraphs of Writing in the world on October 4 and written by
Isabel Serrano.
I am 40 years old. I studied a
career and a master. I have reached a reasonable job and financial situation. I
practice a hobby that I love and that allows me to have a healthy body.
Although my relationships have not yet fully understood, I have very clear what
I want to be a mother! ....
This is a real woman if the past
40 or 40 maternity fair faces.
Every woman goes on this way from
different places but the vital point is the same. No studies interrupted, races
are settled, couples generally more stable and make use of the autonomy and
freedom. And if the biological clock stops, medical science comes to meet us.
With pros and cons, we can now choose from.
Statistics show that the Spanish
are among the older mothers in the EU. In the 70s, women had children over 26
years. Currently, the average age of mothers over 35 and increasing the number
of primiparous women over 40. After years waiting to get pregnant so Rachel,
our future single mother is like a trip to the Mecca. In your mind she begins
to build its nest and daydreaming. It is full of hope but also fear. He
imagines happy with your baby at home, but knows that it will not be all wonderful.
You will have difficult days, give up part of his private life and self-doubt.
It is precisely to recognize
their fears leaving room for the pleasure of the relationship between mother
and child. Make a list of your fears and háblalos with someone you trust. To
avoid falling into idealization and sentimentality must accept the ambivalence
of love: what we want most is to turn what makes us more afraid.
From the age of 40 can be your
right to have children now, but that does not mean you have to be perfect. Hold
high expectations leads directly to feel guilty if things do not go as
expected. All were wrong. Do your best is already a good example for children.
One of the myths of good mothers
most damaging is the judgment that the mother absolutely surrender to their
children and is responsible for everything that happens. This puts the child at
the center of the relationship, so; as mentioned Javier Urra, "we have
children, we treasure". And we know; spoiled children, children tyrants.
This high level of demand leads us to feel very lost.
"Is a naturally good
mother." Dr. Winnicott coined this term to indicate that "good
mothers are not perfect, are ordinary people doing ordinary things." They
are not all the time thinking about how to care for the child. Make note to
your child that you also have needs.
