nerviosos.
La planta como tal puede comerse;
Fuente: integral

It is a small medicinal herb that grows in
extensive wet, tropical and marshy areas of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka,
Indonesia ... and in some areas of Eastern Europe.
In Europe it is used for about 150 years and in
the 1970 European and Italian researchers were able to see that a plant is to
significantly improve the symptoms of hemorrhoids and varicose veins.
It is believed to increase sexual energy and
power as well as its toning, able to prolong the life virtues, since it is also
a great calming, with moderate sedative effects. Ayurveda doctors use it to
treat par excellence for problems associated with the mind and nervous
disorders.
The plant can be eaten as such; in some
countries it is taken into salads. They use the leaf juice for high blood
pressure and as a tonic.
For circulation, leaves and roots are used,
often differentially. The plant has the capacity to reduce arterial stiffness
in case of atherosclerosis by accumulation of fatty deposits inside the
arteries and often appears associated with obesity, hypertension, diabetes and
other metabolic alterations.
As healing is also good because it activates
fibroblasts, tissue cells that synthesize and secrete procollagen. This
important cicatrizing action is due to containing asiaticoside and that
stimulates said fibroblast activation. Besides stimulating collagen synthesis
in different cell types, asiaticoside increases the tensile strength of the new
skin and thus promote wound healing.
Nootropic. Nootropics are
"intelligent" substances that increase the functions and cognitive
abilities of the brain in humans. As for memory, and helps strengthen their
roles, it also reduces mild anxiety states.
Gotu kola extract can also be used orally in
the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers stress. In case of an intensive,
continuous use, or in high doses should be monitored, followed by a good
therapist. Fuente: integral
