impresiones y llegamos a probarlos, llegaran a gustarnos y a no tener
demasiados reparos en sucesivas ocasiones.
Los batidos verdes tienen 3
componentes: hoja verde orgánica, fruta dulce y agua.
Gracias a
bebida suave, cremosa y deliciosa.

GREEN SMOOTHIES
In this post we will differentiate between
shakes vegetables, where the protagonists are vegetables (which can not be
mixed with fruit) and green smoothies that its protagonist is the green leaves.
The latter are of great importance to our diet.
True, it is not attractive the idea of eating raw food green as their intense
color does not invite much consumption the first time, but if we can overcome
first impressions and got to try, got to like it and not have too many qualms
on several occasions.
Green smoothies have 3 components: organic
greens, fresh fruit and water.
It is important that at least the green leaves
that are used for these shakes are green, the reason is simple, green leaves
absorb most of nitrate fertilizers. Salads produced on a large scale in
greenhouses contain fungicides and other chemicals. It is likely that the
consumption of non-organic greens in small amounts does not cause problems, but
the daily and heavy consumption, due to the content of chemicals can harm our
excretory organs.
Why green leaf? Many of us are not aware that
all plants do not have the same nutritional value; in fact, no difference
between different parts of the plant. The most valuable vegetables are green
leafy vegetables. Often, in the case of vegetables, nutrients are more valuable
in their leaves than in the roots (carrots, beets, etc ..)
The most valuable part of green leaf is
chlorophyll, which has a powerful alkalizing and detoxifying effect on our
body.
Chlorophyll is the green substance in plants,
solar energy transmitted to the cells of the plant, ensuring photosynthesis.
Perhaps we could also say that chlorophyll is "locked in solar
material" or green blood.
The other health benefits of chlorophyll is its
ability to increase oxygen transport. With its systematic consumption may
improve oxygenation of our cells. With all these positive properties of
chlorophyll relieves inflammation in the body and reduces the risk of
developing cancer diseases.
We know that the green leaves have a very high
mineral content (especially are rich in calcium). All the greens can boast high
in protein, also they contain individual amino acids in a form that can easily
assimilate. The carrot greens contain more beta carotene than carrots same.
Regular consumption of green leaves restore the production of gastric acid,
improves digestion, alkaline, and makes bowel cleansing. (Source: Victoria Boutenco
the green revolution).
The only way to access valuable nutrients which
are encapsulated within cells, would chew properly. If we eat a plate of
spinach, we would use a long time to chew each bite. If we consider that the
caloric content of the leaves is low, we will have a negative balance, ie would
invest more energy in chewing the green leaves of what they provide.
The solution is green smoothies! Victoria
Boutenko discovered that by beating together the green leaves and sweet fruits,
we get a very tasty and extremely healthy drinks. Green smoothies called them
and wrote a book on the subject: the green revolution.
Victoria, with this solution, solved two
problems at once: the taste of green smoothie is incredibly delicious. The
taste of sweet fruit flavor stands on green leaf and blend perfectly together.
With the mixing process with blender leaves the
cell membranes are broken and thus do not have to deal with the process of
chewing. The green smoothie is a soft, creamy and delicious drink. It is easy
to digest, and its high chlorophyll content while feeding us purifies us:
recharge our cells with valuable minerals, proteins and vitamins. We energetic,
fresh enzymes and alkaline us. The consumption of green smoothies is a good way
to implement green leaves give amount in our daily diet.
Its advantages:
• Are easy to digest. During the process of
churning the fibers break into elementary particles and thus the absorption of
valuable nutrients and begin in the mouth.
• The beneficial soluble fibers help the
excretory organs to function.
• The sweet taste of the fruit offsets the
bitterness with green leaves.
• The chlorophyll in green leaves increases the
ability to carry oxygen in the blood and alkalized.
• The green smoothie nourishes and purifies the
body simultaneously.
• The green smoothie strengthens the immune
system.
When we hear that the fruit should not be
consumed with vegetables, they are referring to the starchy vegetables such as
root vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, beans. The green leaves of plants
contain starch and can be mixed safely with any fruit.
The third component of the green smoothies is
fluid, clean water. We can use water Pi, alkalizing water, purified water by
any method, filtering tap water with low mineral content or mineral water or
spring water (source: Gitta Lénárt alkalizing drinks).
In the next post I will relate several tips of
how to mix fruits and vegetables and their classification.
