no contienen fibras vegetales.
Si
nuestras costumbres alimenticias contienen muchas frutas y verduras frescas, y
podemos tomar jugos filtrados.
Materias Primas
Si no estamos
cereales. Si no estás seguro, pruébalo, y si no te causa problemas digestivos,
entonces consúmelo.
Hojas verdes: La hoja
Nueces y frutos secos Las

Shakes, smoothies and their raw materials
I've been talking about the post
enough smoothie, smoothies, green juice, etc ... the end is talking about
health and provide enough information so that everyone can choose their perfect
way to make changes in your diet based on availability.
Therefore, we talk about the
shakes, smoothies and raw materials. That will not confuse us with such names
and designation and can choose which will be our perfect drink according to
time and we want to contribute to our body.
The batter with mixer is called a
thick smoothie drink, delicious in which are all important parts of ingredients
(vegetable fibers and juice). Fruits and vegetables in a blender the dilute
with a little water, and prepare a pulpy substance. The result is food integral
value, which can be found enzymes and vitamins in addition to the fibers.
Liquefied (or filtered juice)
blender separates the juice plant fibers. The processed juice thus contains all
the foodstuffs we need. Smoothies contain vegetable fibers.
If the composition of these
shakes is correct, then it contains enough vitamins, proteins and minerals, and
this is enough to strengthen the immune system and be healthy.
The insoluble plant fibers formed
as a broom sweeping the digestive tract, trapping cholesterol, and thereby
reduce its concentration in the blood, and aid digestion.
We using liquefied we can
introduce in the body a large amount of valuable nutrients, without excessively
we load our vegetable fibers digestive tract. The beneficial nutrients
liquefied absorbed almost immediately. If our eating habits contain many fresh
fruits and vegetables, and the smoothies are part of our regular diet, then we
consume the amount of fiber needed and appropriate. During cleaning cure we can
only take juices leaked.
Raw materials
Fruits: The finest juices
are made from fruit. They are sweet and refreshing. Juicy fruits (such as
orange, apple and mandarin) the best way is to get the juice blender. Less
juicy fruits (banana) are set to blender with some water and prepare this way
exquisite juices.
Always we pay attention to
cleanliness, and extracting nuggets where necessary. If we are not sure of the
origin of the fruit, skin quitémosle for security reasons.
If fruits heed the association of
food mixtures, preferably fruit or take alone or mix with green leaves.
Sometimes mixtures for special flavors are allowed, but during the daily
consumption avoid mixing juices.
The only exception is the apple.
The apple is a very complete and with a variety of amazing food utilities: the
same can be mixed with vegetables, nuts or cereals. If you're not sure, try it,
and if not causes digestive problems, then consúmelo.
Green leaves: The green
leaf is the only one on Earth capable of transforming inorganic soil with
sunlight, water and carbon dioxide to convert organic materials. This is
photosynthesis, which occurs with the help of this material beautiful green
chlorophyll. The green leaf is the key between organic and inorganic materials.
These valuable minerals tied so that for our body is contained usable form.
The juice extracted from green
leaves is one of the most valuable and powerful protein and vitamin sources.
Consumption or intake of green leaves alone is not advisable, as it is too
strong a flavor. If it is advisable to mix the juice of green leaves with sweet
fruits and other vegetables. You can read a more comprehensive information on
the importance of green leaves with sweet fruits and other vegetables.
Vegetables perhaps in case
of vegetables is even more interesting to talk about the juice. Many people who
do not like to eat vegetables and especially raw. And considering that
vegetables have valuable nutritional substances enclosed within the walls of
their cells, even more so is preferable to prepare a smoothie in a blender or
blender present in many homes. On the one hand, it can be mixed with more
vegetables, or possibly with apple, whose formula and tastes delicious.
Furthermore, breaking the cell walls our body further advantage valuable
substances.
Nuts and dried fruits Nuts
and dried fruits are not necessarily components of juices. However,
occasionally we can think of that are present in the list of ingredients. The
reason for this is the following: if generally soups to nuts can achieve a
creamier texture, and thereby to achieve our further delicacy.
Pure water One of the most
important raw materials of the shakes that l pure water. Most important is the
quality of water we use. For vegetable smoothies or fruit preferably we use
natural mineral water, filtered water or Pi low in minerals.
Spice drinks are very rare
occasions we use some kind of species. The flavor and taste of the vegetables
are kept intact, so no need to bring out the flavors. Sometimes we can use
cinnamon, vanilla or ground cloves, but it's really only for one small touch of
fantasy change.
Fresh herbs can do real magic
with green smoothies, but you just have to use very little, we can only take on
some leaves juice. Source: Gitta lenart and his book alkalizing drinks.
