Siempre hemos hablado que
cualquier cosa que queremos
estudiar, hacer, desarrollar, el resultado
dependerá de dos factores: uno el empeño y esfuerzo que ponga el individuo , el
segundo la persona o profesional que te enseñe o te dirija.
En el tema de la estética es
exactamente lo mismo pero desde el punto de vista de “cliente”. Es obvio que
para obtener resultado hay que hacer un esfuerzo y sacrificio personal pero no
sirve de demasiado si la profesional que se ha elegido, no abandona de alguna
forma, la parte comercial para adentrarse en la parte profesional .
Yo he estado mucho tiempo
desencantada de este mundo, quizás por no haber tenido suerte en mi elección o
por no saber elegir, el caso es que cada vez que he ido a un centro estético he
salido con la convicción de que perdí el tiempo y el dinero. Pero no hay que
ser injusto, todo el mundo no es igual y por ello he decidido escribir este
post.
El mundo estético es complejo,
difícil y duro por muchos motivos: primero porque es un mundo donde la
evolución y desarrollo en cuanto a nuevas técnicas es continuo y no tiene fin.
Eso significa que un buen profesional debe estar siempre en constante estudio y
búsqueda de innovación y aplicación. Segundo porque tratar con personas nunca
ha sido fácil y menos cuando sabes que esa persona a la que tratas está
esperando casi un milagro de sus manos y conocimientos. Esta confiando en ella,
espera complicidad y dedicación del profesional. Espera que le devuelvan la
ilusión.
Pero esta vez he tenido una grata
sorpresa y mucha suerte. He conocido a una profesional que antepone los
resultados y profesionalidad al negocio pero no lo mal interpretéis. No solo escucha
tus necesidades y valora cual sería el mejor tratamiento para ti en ese
momento, si no que diseña el plan de ataque correcto para que al aplicar la
tecnología punta que utiliza, tenga éxito y se puedan ver resultados en breve
tiempo.
Esa persona se llama Eva
Rodríguez. Tiene un instituto de belleza bioestética y bienestar con tecnología
punta que ella misma aplica. Su experiencia es amplia, sus conocimientos sobre
todo aquello que ayuda o perjudica a la salud, y por tanto, a la piel son

clientas se enriquezcan aprovechando el resultado final obtenido después de
tratar el cuerpo como un todo.
Encontrar a alguien que te dice:
-NO , esto todavía no, porque si tienes liquido retenido no veras resultados y
entonces pensaras que estás perdiendo el tiempo…-, -Primero masaje linfático,
beber agua y la semana próxima vemos como estas…-. Una vez transcurrido este
tiempo, pasamos al término de cosmética y de tratamientos bioestéticos, que
aplica, y volvemos a ver tu reacción
corporal…-. Al final…, resultados, piel más lisa, menos celulitis, mejor
bienestar, más equilibrio entre mente y cuerpo. Pero lo más importante que me
ha ocurrido es volver a tener la fé en
este gremio tan importante y bonito en el que nunca se deja de estudiar ni
avanzar o por lo menos así debería ser.
Creo que en esta profesión, así
como en tantas otras, tiene que prevalecer la profesionalidad y dejar en
segundo lugar el mercantilismo porque al final, si los resultados y los
consejos son válidos, profesionales, honestos…, la gente, los clientes,
aparecerán y se harán fieles a su profesional
dando negocio, ese negocio que se quiere anteponer siempre.
Pienso que al final, la
honestidad y la profesionalidad es el único camino que te lleva a prosperar y crecer.
