Come variado para comer bien.

SECRETS OF A POWER SPORT CULTURE
After Christmas , among other culinary excesses , we must slow down and return to the path of conscious and adequate food.
But we must not only return to the correct path of power , we must also return to daily exercise, not necessarily intensive , which helps us to keep fit and tone .

Most athletes see food as a source of energy, they seek to provide balanced meals carbohydrates , protein and all the nutrients they need to improve . There is also some fear of fat so not fat, but , although most athletes know what they need, there are few who know how to get in the kitchen every day. Respecting an "Olympic menu " is often as simple as following a few good nutritional advice .

More energy. The main concern of athletes is to take foods rich in carbohydrates. But during training to help not just any kind of carbohydrates. You should take foods rich in complex carbohydrates, which contain complex sugars with fiber like pasta , brown rice , cereals , potatoes with skin and vegetables ( zucchini, carrots, squash , turnips , leeks , etc ...) always season ) .
Do not confuse the intensive exercise with a walk to medium pace . Beware of carbohydrates. Are taken as far as the one that can burn or become accumulated fat.

More proteins. Proteins provide the amino acids needed to build muscle and regenerating muscle fibers. But not all work the same proteins , for proteins of high biological quality, choose foods low in saturated animal fats such as eggs, poultry (chicken , turkey, etc ... ) and fish.

Less time in the kitchen , dishes healthier . Between work , training, school , family, friends , etc ... entrenáramos seems to gain more time in each time, so we usually do not lose much time in the kitchen . Non eternizarte between hotplates , invest in quick cooking systems such as steam irons, ... papillot , you gain time and health.
Here you have the linkof my cooking blog tallerdemontse where you can find several recipes without fat and easy to do them.

Various Come eat well. When you play sports do not need to take vitamin and mineral supplements if your diet is balanced . To increase the dose of vitamins, chooses to make raw foods like fruits, vegetables and salads , or cooked as little steamed vegetables or meats and grilled fish . Opt for supplements when you feel you lack energy , or because you train a lot or because your food is not being completed.

Unity is strength. There are vitamins and minerals that help each other . For example, the best iron combined with vitamin C is absorbed, so if you want to improve iron intake , add lemon juice or orange (rich in vitamin C ) to the iron-rich foods ( red meat , liver , cockles , mussels , vegetables, spinach, etc ... ) and avoid taking it with tea or coffee , which inhibit the absorption of iron and calcium .

Healthy fat . Fats are fattening which other nutrients , but you can not live without. To function well greased ceased (olive oil first pressure , nuts , flax seeds , etc ...) and fish rich in omega- 3 fatty acids (tuna , mackerel , sardines , salmon, etc ... )

Team up with the market. Markets have lifelong butchers, fish , poultry , etc. .. professionals to help you choose the best. For example , meat is not the enemy of the athlete if you know choose the cut with little fat and clean fresh fish planchaes the best way to include omega -3 fatty acids in your diet.

More vitamins. One way to increase the amount of vitamins and minerals naturally Juice is homemade with fresh fruits and vegetables. The juices will provide more vitamins and minerals in concentrate , and you can dilute it with water or yogurt to combine with nuts or cereal and get a healthy snack between meals.

Improve your hydration. If it costs you get to drink more than two liters of water a day , try natural herbal infusions . Not only will drink more water, but you can take the opportunity to benefit from its medicinal properties. An infusion of rosemary gives you energy, an infusion of orange blossom helps you relax , green tea antioxidants you slide and rooibos tea you hydrated and reduce allergy symptoms .

Enjoy whim. Under the guise of sports you can afford small luxuries calorie , with the comfort of knowing that he will " burn " the extra calories in the gym. But always choose the best and most natural. For example, a homemade cake is always more nutritious than the bakery . The black chocolate is more beneficial than white chocolate. A frozen fruit is less caloric than an ice cream.

I hope these guidelines help you to focus your expectations as to get going to find the balance.
