EL BUSCADOR Y SU GUIA

Se cuenta que el Re Mahmud y su ejército se hallaban separados. Mientras galopaba en su caballo a gran velocidad, vio a un chiquillo a la orilla de un río. El niño había echado su red al agua y parecía muy triste.

¿Por qué estás asi de triste, mi niño?, preguntó el Rey. “Nunca he visto a nadie en un estado semejante”.

El chiquillo contestó:” Su Majestad, soy uno entre siete niños que no tienen padre. Vivimos con nuestra madre en la pobreza y sin sostén. Yo vengo aquí todos los días y echo mi red para tener algo para comer. Si no atrapo un pez durante el día, nada tenemos a la noche”.

“Mi niño”, dijo el Rey, “¿querrás que te ayude en tu trabajo”?. El niño accedió y el Rey Mahmud arrojó la red, la que mediante el “toque” real rindió un centenar de peces.

Un hombre solo no puede recorrer con éxito el camino del sendero interior. Debes buscar un guía. Aquello que llamamos el Rey es el guía y aquel a quien llamamos un niño, es el buscador.
