NIÑOS Y LA NATURALEZA

Cuantas veces hablamos del medio ambiente, del respeto y el contacto por la naturaleza pero… ¿ya intentamos dar a conocer a nuestros hijos este nuevo medio que , lamentablemente, debido a vivir en ciudades , nuestros hijos conocen poco?.

Ahora que es época de vacaciones y a veces no sabemos que hacer para entretener a los niños , es una gran idea montar una excursión donde puedan sentirse exploradores y descubrir nuevos territorios. Donde puedan desarrollar su curiosidad y los animemos con planteamientos alegres y coloristas diciéndoles que: “ hoy será un día de aventura. Nos vamos a la montaña”.

No es suficiente con decir: ¡vamos al campo o a la montaña! , hay que vestirse para la ocasión, porque es algo importante y especial,  y si me aceptáis el comentario, hay que disfrazarse:  un sobrero, botas o bambas y una mochilita pequeña donde poner una botella de agua, un bolsa pequeña de frutos secos y un pequeño sándwich.

Luego veremos si lo consumimos, pero el mensaje es: < hay que prepararse para ir a la montaña, si nos preparamos con seguridad , será maravilloso pero no debemos actuar como si estuviéramos en medio de la Gran Via>.

Para ellos será una experiencia divertida y emocionante y para nosotros revivir la primera vez que nuestros padres nos llevaron de excursión.

Yo hablo de la montaña , pero si estáis en la playa, porqué no ir de paseo por la tarde cuando ha bajado el sol y estimularlos con la investigación o curiosidad por una concha, una piedra, arena..

Después de la excursión y de ver innumerables cosas, es una idea genial coger muestras de cosas, piedras, hierva, hojas, etc..  y luego hacer un collage o dibujos sobre todo lo que han visto , eso hará que puedan estar entretenidos durante un rato divirtiéndose y aprendiendo pero sobretodo, es que habrán descubierto algo nuevo que han tocado, han percibido  y que ha sido divertido desarrollando su imaginación.

Por suerte, vivimos en un país maravilloso, donde  cualquier rincón de España te ofrece miles de opciones, playa, montaña, pueblos, ciudades, ríos, etc…. Así que no hay excusa.

Actualmente, los niños pasan demasiado tiempo encerrados, colegios, actividades extra escolares, casa, video juegos, televisión….  Pero en realidad, no tienen a nadie para jugar ni relacionarse personalmente, a veces hasta les cuesta entablar alguna conversación fuera de la pantalla de PC y del teclado. No hay que perder las buenas costumbres. Las nuevas tecnologías son fantásticas y necesarias pero nunca podrán suplantar a esa experiencia que es tratar con las personas cara a cara.

No olvidemos que  los niños y la naturaleza son una misma cosa, ambos pertenecen al mismo circulo y se necesitan , por lo tanto, no es mala idea que les ayudemos a relacionarse a conocerse y a disfrutar de ella , pero hay que hacerlo con creatividad, como algo especial ,  como algo importante.

Sé que a veces, es difícil pues los padres estamos cansados  del trabajo, el stress, los problemas y necesitamos descansar pero si hacemos un esfuerzo más por intentar revivir la primera experiencia , seguro que acabamos por disfrutar y reír al lado de nuestros hijos explicándoles cada cosa que es y para que sirve.

 After the tour and see many things, is a great idea to take samples of things, stones, boil, leaves, etc. .. and then make a collage or drawing on everything they have seen, it will likely to be entertained for a while but mostly having fun and learning, is to be found something new that they have touched, perceived, and it's been fun developing their imagination.

Luckily, we live in a wonderful country, where every corner of Spain offers thousands of options, beach, mountains, towns, cities, rivers, etc .... So there is no excuse.

Today, children spend too much time indoors, schools, school activities, home, video games, television .... But not really have anyone to play and interact personally find it hard sometimes to engage in a conversation outside the PC screen and keyboard. We must not lose morals. New technologies are great and necessary but they can never replace that experience is dealing with people face to face.

Do not forget that children and nature are one, both belong to the same circle and need, therefore, not a bad idea to relate us to help them to know and enjoy it, but you have to do with creativity, as something special, something important. I know sometimes it's difficult because parents are tired of work, stress, problems and need to rest but if we make another effort to try to revive the first experience, sure to enjoy and laugh just next to our children explaining each thing is and serves.
