A tener otra actitud
social.
Tomemos
nota y aprovechemos la oportunidad.

Walking lengthens life
Healthy living, controlled
eating, and healthy, non-intensive exercise make our lives better and can be
longer and with better quality.
According to WHO, we should walk
30 minutes, five days a week, to stay healthy.
Interesting tips:
Analgesic: Walking regularly helps mitigate joint pain produced by
arthritis, improving mobility and locality of life.
Sessions: The time we spend exercising is cumulative. To complete
half an hour, we can split the rides in two exits of 15 minutes.
Longevity: Several studies say that people walking at a more
vigorous pace can have a longer life expectancy.
Intervals: We walk at an average speed of 4 km /. The physical
condition improves exponentially if we accelerate the pace to 6 km / h.
Rhythm: The way to calculate maximum heart rate is to subtract a220
our age. The result is the number of beats we should not exceed.
Walking is easy and, if no one
has a physical problem, everyone can practice it. The important thing is to be
motivated or seek the motivation to practice it every day without hurry but
without pause. Sometimes listening to music, thinking about something
interesting or listening to the sound of the waves is enough reason to wear
slippers and walk for 30 or 60 minutes. At first it costs and we find something
boring but as you practice and get used to it you see that your body adapts and
improves. They stop hurting the legs, the nerves of the hip, our back relaxes
and our sleep is of more quality due to the fatigue that can cause us that
movement.
We will see that with this daily
movement, our peristaltic movements improve, our body will ask us for that
movement, we will be more energetic and more energetic ... everything is
parabienes, almost a vaccine. Let no one laugh and think that it is a Zen
posture, it is a reality that can do more good than our body and our brain.
The WHO advises that we do a
minimum of 150 minutes of physical exercise a week, which could be distributed
in five days walking 30 minutes a day. But no one will be able to, if one day
we control the time we are walking to go shopping, to super, to see stores, etc
... we will see that we are almost more than 2 hours walking or in constant
movement. Why? Because we have an objective, a reason, so it is important to
seek a goal to be able to break with the sedentarism to which we have all
accommodated.
As already mentioned in another
post a few months ago, the association Everybody walk, has a priority and a
great goal and is for everyone to move on foot. Ambitious goal but little by
little, effect is emerging and people begin to add it in their daily routines.
The sedentarismo, is the first public health problem that the society faces.
Obesity, lack of movement, hours in front of a PC, in front of a mobile or
television cause our machine, the body, to oxidize. We can not forget that
humans are designed to move and to make physical efforts not to be seated all
day, therefore, moderate exercise can make muscle pains, joints and some mild
psychological problems can be light or nonexistent just walking and relate to
each other every day. Practicing and adding these habits in the family will
make our children have them as normal and necessary, helping them to be
healthier and stronger. To have another social attitude.
However, let's not forget that
walking is not everything, eating less calories and, once trained, the ride
should take more pace and intensity to burn calories, at least, those we
ingest. In any case, we always have to be sure that our health can withstand
that exercise and it must be with an intensity that we can endure and not
destroy or damage us.
Using public transportation,
walking the dog or parking away from our destination point are other ideas
proposed by this association which points to millenials as the great white hope
of a world leveraged in the comfort of the couch and car.
Any motive is good to get going
and walk, exercise and oxygenate the brain. Let us take note and seize the
opportunity.
