golosinas, jugos industrializados, bollería,harinas blancas, alcohol, y

USE OF ANTIBIOTICS
AS STRONGER
I remember many years ago when I was young , it
was more typical or prescribe antibiotics for every cold that could complicate
or could have you in bed.
Today not give antibiotics unless they 're for
a month spending money on pharmaceuticals that normally they do is destroy the
stomach and the pocket but not too relieved and can hinder our own body can
create defenses to combat this malaise .
Another healthier and economical solution would
be to replace these " medicines" for natural products that have the
same effect or better for less money and more health, if that really is the
ultimate goal , health and our bodies just react .
Anyway as you speak with the antibiotic is bad
for their side effects , which some , but not take them sometimes makes you
have to be dragging for a long time , ill be having to meet schedules and
family and work obligations .
The antibiotic is a synthetic chemical that has
the distinction of exterminating bacteria inside our body.
In our bodies live in symbiosis microorganisms
and bacteria of many kinds, some pathogenic and other beneficial as the colony
of intestinal flora, composed of bacteria that are very laborious affected by
the intake of these drugs.
Among the most basic functions are optimal
digestion work . Being who perform the metabolization of the fibers released
butyric acid, which is important when it comes to mitigate or eliminate
inflammation nonfunctional cells.
The intestinal flora is responsible for
specializing the immune system to promote balance .
In summary, the allopathic antibiotics do not
distinguish and kill as much bacteria is placed in front , whether you are
affecting the individual as those who are contributing to your life , and
especially the intestinal flora which is very sensitive to antibiotics.
We all pathogens in our gut , but if we are
healthy , they remain in an equilibrium level . When there is an infection
simply because of an imbalance that has to be put shortcut.
How to strengthen
the flora
After antibiotic treatment is very common to
meet " with resentful stomach " , due to intestinal defilement .
The basics: food is a key factor because one of
the major side effects of antibiotics is yeast infection growth for the same
act of consuming drugs. It should eliminate sugars, fancy drinks , yeast ,
candy , processed juices , pastries, white flour , alcohol , and any type of
food or supplement containing yeast as such.
Must provide prebiotics : the obtain of whole
grains and legumes that will ferment and produce fatty acids that are food for
bacteria . The find in vegetables such as leafy greens , garlic , onion, etc
...
Shakes chlorophyll a diary with its fiber will
help the detoxification work more efficiently . Prefer spinach and green apple
in its preparation.
You also need probiotics , that are beneficial
bacteria that help restore the gut flora and repopulation . Can be found in
foods such as yogurt and kefir homemade sauerkraut .
The most suitable strains are known as
lactobacillus and bifidobacteria in the variety of types . One portion per day
is recommended.
Good companions
Vitamins C and E: Faithful companions for the
immune system and excellent antioxidants . Together we have the ability to
neutralize free radicals.
Vitamin C is immunostimulant, antioxidant ,
natural antibiotic , analgesic , collagen production and keeps the
cardiovascular system running optimally among many other great features.
Vitamin E, for its part, is an excellent oxygenator , antioxidant and
regenerative , among other functions.
Calcium: Calcium is more than just bones and
teeth. When lifting the body work is an excellent ally . Eat foods high in this
mineral : Hydrated almonds, sesame seeds, chlorophyll juices ...
Vitamin D: Avoid sun daily and if you are on
the beach , touch the sand , take a dip in the sea water and enjoy . Do not
forget to hydrate and not exceed 20 minutes per day outside when the strong
sun.
Echinacea : daily infusion of this herb is
recommended as it helps in improving the immune system by increasing the
activity of white blood cells and stimulation of phagocytosis .
Garlic ideal companion in each preparation ,
yeast is a murderer , which makes it indispensable in a post antibiotic
treatment. Due to its content of thiosulfinates , is a great stimulant for the
immune response functions .
