Saludos

EUPHORIA
Sometimes, without knowing why, looking intense emotions, the strong desire to feel a burst within us as a sign of genuine happiness is something that hurts and upsets us but we need it as parallel valve but our bodies and emotions manages naturally, no need to force it to do so. Avoiding imbalances.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, which links the heart euphoria, euphoric person is one who lacks inner peace.
From constant euphoria, the hustle and executive perpetual rush myocardial infarction there is only a small step. Excess exhilaration excites the heart and the body out of control as something unnatural and destabilizing the entire nervous system and heart.
If the euphoria was not socially frowned upon, football would not be so successful. But viewers want to get into those emotional states that the brain releases chemicals that create wellness. However, it is a momentary state, transient. After the euphoria, we return to the previous state. And if you have felt sad or empty, or depressed, continue there. Although from my point of view, the return will be more difficult as we experienced the typical rush, that at times has given us the satisfaction that we needed, so that not only will have changed nothing but run the risk of feeling worse.
Asian Thought not looking never ends. Therefore, according Rufat Calpe, when we work to activate the energy of the heart, the seat of emotions and thoughts work to avoid excesses, to avoid falling or in states of depression or euphoria. When we are balanced, your mind is more stable, our thinking is clearer and, most importantly, do not react to things but we control our reactions.
"All excess, as well as any renunciation, brings its own punishment." OSCAR WILDE
Another problem is that the euphoria is addictive. Whenever we want more and more and we need more to reach previous levels because surely want to get that state of happiness we want and for whatever reason we do not know that we did not buy it.
I must say that personally I've been living for some time in a state of euphoria and defeatism causing me damage, the advantage is that I finally got rid of the cause and now I'm stable and I resent having to get angry, yell or get out of the solid line that gives me happiness and stability.
When you have the first sign of sudden euphoria, think and solve the problem because if you can to bring the situation to the euphoria destroys repetitive.
regards
