PREPARAR A NUESTROS HIJOS PARA EL FUTURO

Actualmente, cuando hablamos de preparar a nuestros hijos para el futuro, todos los padres coinciden en que los hijos deben  ir a la Universidad, hablar inglés y hacer un Master ( especialización).

Pero en realidad, cuando hablamos de preparar a los hijos , ¿sabemos realmente que estamos diciendo? y ¿somos conscientes de los cambios sociales y exigencias de mercado que en estos momentos se están barajando?.

Pienso que solo pensamos en los standares de los conocimientos, creyendo que es lo más importante pero nos olvidamos de las personas, de forjar el carácter, de su fortaleza, de su capacidad de desarrollo, de su crecimiento frente a la adversidad…

Creo que el mercado laboral ha dado un giro de 360 grados y no solo con una carrera se tiene el futuro solucionado, si dichos estudios no son avalados por un idioma mínimo y por unas características de personalidad concretas debido a la competitividad y la cualificación que el mercado está exigiendo.

Al hablar de recortes en la enseñanza todos nos ponemos las manos en la cabeza pero si pensáramos en las nuevas exigencias sociales y laborales, veríamos que lo único que haría falta es una docencia preparada, con enfoques claros y actualizados.

Nuestro sistema educativo debe adecuarse a las nuevas necesidades no continuar con sistemas ya obsoletos que no van a servir para mucho, una vez en la calle y en busca del primer trabajo .

Creo que es obligado:

·         Enseñar a preguntar, despertar curiosidad, fomentar el pensamiento libre, para que de este modo los alumnos y futuros trabajadores tengan flexibilidad y autonomía mental suficiente como para convertirse en emprendedores no en corses obsoletos e inflexibles incapaces de desarrollar y pensar por sí mismos.

·         Hay que incentivar a los alumnos, no presionando hasta la asfixia pero si acelerando los ritmos para que sus capacidades reaccionen. Hay que alimentar la sabiduría y el conocimiento para crecer, no hay que proteger en exceso porque el proteccionismo entorpece y atrofia .

·         La escuela debe enseñar y crear metodologías correctas y actualizadas, en base al desarrollo social y laboral actual y para eso no hace falta inversión, solo calidad docente, directrices claras desde el un Ministerio de Cultura preocupado por la educación de su pueblo.

El mercado laboral es competitivo y cualificado, tal como decía anteriormente, así que preparar a personalidades fuertes, competitivas, es importante para el futuro de los jóvenes.

Hay que desarrollar capacidades para trabajar en cualquier lado, gestionar grupos multiétnicos, dominar idiomas, pero sobre todo enseñar a flexibilizarnos, a tomar decisiones y a levantarnos si nos caemos pero SIN evitar la caía. Solo tropezando aprendemos a fijarnos en el camino.

Prepare our children for the future

Currently, when it comes to preparing our children for the future, all parents agree that children should go to college, speak English and do a Master (specialization).

But really, when it comes to preparing children, do we really know what we are saying? and are we aware of the social changes and market requirements that currently are being considered?.

I just think that the standards of knowledge, believing that is the most important but we forget about the people, build character, their strength, their capacity for development, growth of the face of adversity ...

I think the job market has turned around 360 degrees and not just a career you have solved the future, if such studies are not guaranteed by a minimum language and specific personality characteristics because of the competitiveness and skills that market is demanding.

Speaking of cuts in education we all put our hands in your head but if we think in new social and labor demands, we would see that all it would take is a teaching prepared, with a clear focus and updated.

Our education system must adapt to new needs discontinue obsolete systems that will not serve much, once in the street and looking for their first job.

I think it must:

• Teach ask, awaken curiosity, encourage free thinking, so that in this way the students and future workers have sufficient mental flexibility and autonomy to become entrepreneurs rather outdated and inflexible corses unable to develop and think for themselves.

• We must encourage students, not pressing to suffocation but accelerating rhythms react to their capabilities. You have to feed the wisdom and knowledge to grow, do not over-protect because protectionism hinders and atrophy.

• The school must teach and create correct and current methodologies, based on current employment and social development and for this you need investment, only teaching quality, clear guidelines from the Ministry of Culture one concerned about the education of their people.

The labor market is competitive and qualified, as I said before, so prepare strong personalities competitive, it is important for the future of young people.
