Inteligencia

conocer a gente.
A veces, nuestra
No olvidemos
persona.

Social
Intelligence: improving relations
Sometimes when we talk about social relations,
started snorting because it seems a tough job that costs start but who does not
like to have a diverse group of friends, family and colleagues?.
But for this it is essential to be clear about
the three calves of social intelligence.
1. Listen
2. Empathy
3. Confidence
There are tastes for everything, people who are
good at two meetings, others in small groups and others in large groups. Anyway,
why do we consider both the relationship?.
Perhaps because many of us have been brought
into submission to duty, and authority reducing us to the concept object,
instead of growing as individuals. All this makes us shy away hindering the
relationship and extroversion. What is surprising is that the phrase "do
not know anyone" causes us to settle this situation by accepting low interaction
and encourages us not to react positively and get going to meet people.
In reality, situations like this and because of
our corseted structure, we are not able to listen to our inner asks what I have
wanted to do?, Is rather than what should I do?.
The first question is an open position that
gives us the opportunity to relate but the second responds to a profile of duty
and submission by the lessons. Sometimes, our resistance known, passed by the
fear of the unknown and being judged, we always have that feeling of
inadequacy.
Anyway, use the tools we have and if what we
feel is fear of the unknown, to what they say, we must set ourselves a goal to
strengthen us, that way, we'll get to that goal orders (lessons methods to
follow) making it easier to launch the skills they possess.
Social intelligence has real listening, empathy
and trust. When we truly listen, we're not talking about a silence where as we
have, off with you and think of our stuff, it is about offering our time and
attention to the person we are talking to perceive our interest and comforting
approaching we.
Empathy is the ability to put in place of
another without losing the sense of self but avoid saying "you have to
...", "should ..." ended the conversation. Do not forget the
freedom and the true meaning of the first two points.
If we can do all this in the first instance,
the trust will be given by the time we have given and that effort has been made
to better understand the other person.
