Cuando hablamos de ajo , lo
primero que pensamos es en su olor, que a muchas personas le parece repulsivo
pero cuando hablamos de sus propiedades y de todo lo nos puede aportar las
dudas nos asolan y leemos dejando a un lado los prejuicios.
Pero hablemos de sus virtudes.
Comerlo crudo o a través de comprimidos, pero con regularidad, le ayudarán a
mejorar su estado de ánimo, nos tonificará y limpiará los bronquios. Sin
embargo, no solo tiene propiedades positivas para la salud, también lo podemos
emplear en la cocina y en España se acostumbra a añadir a muchos platos,
guisos, salsas o sofritos. Es reconstituyente, vigorizante, se le atribuyen
