He hablado en varias ocasiones
consciencia; ojos abiertos u ojos cerrados, no importa.
cuerpo donde más sientas la respiración;
Fuente:

MEDITATION: AN ACT
OF LOVE TO LIFE
I have spoken several times about the
Mindfulness and virtues but also its creator, Dr. molecular biology Jon
Kabat-Zinn.
It is an applied today, banks, reductions in
stress in business, discipline helps more attention span by subordinates,
schools, hospitals ... In the British parliament was submitted a few months ago
a report, Mindful Nation, which collects evidence on its benefits and implement
recommended practice of Buddhist roots in health, education, labor and justice.
Jon Kabat-Zinn has been in Spain to present his
new book Living with the fullness mindulness crisis and discuss with
physicians, psychologists, teachers, trainers, practitioners ...
Lecturer spoke about mindfulness, the art of
mindfulness meditation asada that is revolutionizing the world of health but
Jon came to spread this practice among academic authorities. And he managed the
full attention of a very receptive audience to this empelada therapy to cope
with stress, anxiety, pain and disease. A proven cheap medicine that has its
roots in the "do nothing" and the "conscious breathing". An
alternative developed in the US to circumvent the "sanitary cracks",
which has no budget or too many tools to cure stress, one of the great poisons
of the century. The goal: get welfare being more comfortable in our own skin.
But we do not confuse meditation with relaxation.
We talk about meditation as a way of being by connecting with the experience as
it unfolds. And that means you're training your faculties care to be in the
present moment and less distracted. If you look, we realize that the mind is in
the future, planning or worrying. And when it is not in the future it is in the
past, mulling over what really happened, who is to blame, what would happen if
things had made different and if you had taken another decision .... Meanwhile,
the present moment, which is the only one that can see, smell, taste, love,
learn ... crushing falls between these two forces. Meditation refers to expand
the capacity of living the present and therefore live with fullness and body,
because half the time we are on the head and not the body.
Mindfulness tells us we can get out of that
prison of fears and desires that pull us. This is not to take the thoughts, if
not observe them and let them stay there, as what remains of a musical note.
But to accomplish all this we need to wake up because for some reason we humans
have been trapped in the past or thinking of future events situations that only
lead to anxiety and frustration wanting more money, get attention from other,
better placed , etc…
There are many forms of meditation.
Self-regulation of care is one of them. As intentionally cultivate kindness or
forgiveness. It is a branch of meditative practices, which cultivates pure
consciousness. It is not achieved by sitting on the floor and pretending to be
a statue. Real meditation takes place at this time.
Many ask us and when we know it works, it works
well when there is a congruence between our lives and what we do. True
meditation is how we live our lives moment to moment. It is to note how many
times we lose the head, regain the attention and start again.
For example there is a phenomenon that must be
careful. It is said of the disappearance of childhood and part of the blame
lies with technology. Parents are more stressed and busy and children as well.
They have too many extracurricular activities, lessons, go forth without being
aware, even the movement ... we should think whether such technology is
appropriate for depending on age and whether the time invested is too, all this
can make change, our brain, our biology, our development ...
Let us sit up straight and be aware of your
breath; we take our awareness to the sensations of breathing in and out of our
body; rides on the waves of your breath like you're a surfer, do it with full
consciousness; eyes open or closed eyes, it does not matter. And rest in this
state of alert. Breath after breath. As an experience; There is nowhere to go,
nothing to do, or any special stage to be reached. That's all we have; if you
feel that your thoughts are going or ramble, take them to the part of the body
where you feel the breath; do it without judging, without condemnation, do not
take it personally and returns to reconnect with the body.
This is a practice of initiation can practice
all and I urge implement it. Anyway, Kabat-Zinn alert gurus for profit. You
have to be skeptics and critics. Source: Zenn May 1 Juan Fornielles
