paleo
diet
Possessing perfect health is a must to enjoy life
intensely and healthily requirement. Modern civilization, poor dietary habits
and excess drugs are the most common causes of most diseases as we can affect
our energy.
It is true that there is an obsessive current to a
natural tendency to health and today, it has established itself more if we add
the factor "cult of the body". But never forget that healthy is
balance, moderation and healthy habits. All we know, but we not always put into
practice and we harm health.
There are hundreds of diets and ultimately the
basis of all is balance, quantities and eliminations of some
"unhealthy" products if taken in excess. But let's talk about the
Paleo diet, diet known as the caveman.
It is based on the consumption of vegetables and
amounts of protein. It is low in carbohydrates and fat and rich in fibers.
I will speak of it as informative but I do not like
recommending things that force to exclude as what foods radically therefore
suggest that anyone who wants to practice this diet or any other, is looking
for a good professional to deficiencies are supplied correctly and the
appropriate studies are done to determine if this person may or may not carry
out such safe diet.
Initially, our ancestors ate what the land gave
them, plants, herbs, grains and hunting when they could or were lucky. When
agriculture was established, the diet was more complete and healthy but the
development of agriculture to our times, excess, sugars, rice, large-scale
farming with chemicals, natural chain broke that how healthy it was.
Humans are designed to adapt to any situation
although we doubt and indeed, we are constantly changing and adapting, by many
circumstances and even if we want to change habits, ultimately, when we return
to our "roots" better operate with more energy, vigor and our body
thanks you purging itself and becoming healthier.
Preparatory to the new diet
Sleep is essential and although nobody believe it
is important for weight loss, more than diet. We should only observe, if we do
not sleep well, we got swollen, and with messy body.
Eliminate sugar, especially white, is necessary.
Can be replaced by other natural products also benefit us. Let's use our
ancestors drinks, water, tea, coffee .. (the last two in proportions not
exaggerated), especially coffee. Remove the spirits that alters us the body.
Eating protein will keep us satiated for longer but
in moderate amounts. Do not forget that protein intake in excess produce we
ketosis which is our ally to burn fat and lose weight but also keep in mind
that this natural chemical process causes the liver and kidneys work hard,
therefore, it is not recommended for people who suffer from kidney or have any
major ailment. This is where the professional must tell us if our body is ready
for something better to proceed or otherwise enters.
fish and eggs are also included; if they can be
wild fish and poultry eggs better.
You have to go out and give us the sun. That does
not mean we burn us care. Means you have to oxygenate and not be cooped up at
home all day because the metabolism can be affected.
We must exercise and it is true that the intensity
is more important than the duration of exercise but if for any reason, can not
be too intense, then we extend the time of movement. Brisk walking for an hour
each day, or walk to something less intense pace, but then stay longer. In the
end, the important thing is to move every day to wake up the body. We must
never forget that everything must be healthy and that any excess, whatever it
is, will never be good. Perhaps with results but not healthy and that is what
we must avoid at all costs.
