LAS TRES MILLAS SOLIDARIAS ORGANIZADO POR INDITEX

Este fin de semana ha sido pleno. El sábado por la mañana, bien pronto, nos reunimos todos los amigos de A Coruña para una carrera especial, las tres millas solidarias que organizaba Inditex desde sus instalaciones.

Nos fuimos todos hacia las instalaciones de Inditex en Arteixo, desde donde se daba el pistoletazo de salida. La carrera constaba de unos 5 km y se podía hacer corriendo o bien andando. Nosotros, Antonio y yo, la hicimos andando acompañando a nuestra amiga Mónica y su hijo Matías. El resto del grupo salido corriendo para ver como llevaban sus marcas personalesnez

Empezamos colocándonos los dorsales y respirando, un poco, el ambiente que había. Nosotros llevábamos el dorsal 475 y 474 pero vimos hasta el número 500. Todo estaba muy bien organizado, mucha gente atendiendo a los participantes, médicos, ambulancias, policía, etc… la verdad es que fue sorprendente y luego el resto de actividades organizadas en el recinto para las personas que decidieron participar en el evento pero no correr como yoga y baloncesto .

Primero salieron los de la carrera unos expertos, otros solo entrenando o valorando sus propias marcas… y luego los que andábamos, lo cual nos permitió ver un poco el paisaje que una vez fuera del polígono  fue bonito y sorprendente.

El día era un poco desapacible pero por suerte, no nos llovió y aunque no había sol la temperatura no era del todo fría.

Al llegar a meta, nos juntamos todos y fuimos a ver las marcas en unos paneles organizados por orden alfabético donde cada participante podía ver su tiempo. A parte de esto, se había instalado un sinfín de mesas donde en cada una podíamos sentarnos y degustar la bolsa de utillaje que habían preparado.

Fue una experiencia estupenda y muy divertida, que ojalá se pueda repetir en alguna otra ocasión. Aquí os dejo una foto de toda la panda aunque faltaban 4 personas que no pudieron asistir.

THREE MILES OF SOLIDARITY

This weekend has been full. On Saturday morning, very early, we met all friends of A Coruna for a special race, the three miles that organized solidarity Inditex from its facilities.

We all went to the facilities of Inditex in Arteixo, from which the starting signal was given. The race consisted of about 5 km and could do running or walking. We Antonio and me, we walk our friend accompanying Monica and her son Matthias. The rest of the group have run to see how brought their personal bests.

We started putting us dorsal and breathing, a little, the atmosphere there was. We wore the dorsal 475 and 474 but saw to number 500. Everything was very well organized, many people attending participants, doctors, ambulances, police, etc ... the truth is that it was amazing and then the rest of activities organized in the enclosure for those who chose to participate in the event but not run like yoga and basketball.

First came the race some experts, other training or assessing only their own brands ... and then we were walking, which allowed us to see some landscape that was once the estate was beautiful and amazing.

The day was a bit unpleasant but luckily, we did not rain and there was no sun although the weather was not quite cold.

At the finish, we all got together and went to see the marks on a panel organized in alphabetical order where each participant could see his time. Apart from this, it had settled endless tables where we could sit in each sample bag and tools they had prepared.

It was a great and enjoyable experience which I hope can be repeated on other occasions. Here you have a picture of the whole gang but missing 4 people that could not attend.
