Este es un batido lleno de
vitaminas y antioxidantes, el cual explicaré como realizarlo y las cantidades
que hay que utilizar para que su sabor será agradable y sus aportes
nutricionales serán los adecuados.
Pero lo primero es hablar un poco
de esos aportes saludables que no siempre se tienen en cuenta.
100gr de arándanos recién cogidos
contienen aproximadamente 400mg de antocianina (antioxidante). Las antocianinas
inducen la síntesis de colágeno, que es
esencial para la salud y el frescor del tejido conjuntivo y de la piel. Es
antibacteriano y tienen efecto estimulante y circulatorio. Estimula las
defensas del sistema inmune. Las antocianinas también son una protección para

Para prepararlo, ponemos en un
túrmix la fruta con poca agua, a continuación las hojas y al final el resto de
agua. Obtenemos una bebida oscura y espesa muy saludable.
Las hojas de Pak choi son
similares a la acelga. Su época es especialmente en otoño e invierno. Tienen un
alto contenido en vitamina C. el sabor del arándano es muy intenso, así que el
sabor menos popular de las coles en general también se adapta muy bien con esta
