para relajarte
El Té Yogui, es un té que despeja
la mente: ideal para la práctica del yoga. El maestro , Yogi Bhajan, llegó en
el año 1969 a los Estados Unidos, y desde ese mismo momento comenzó a enseñar
meditación y yoga.

Sus cursos y lecturas no sólo
llegaron a abarcar la enseñanza de esta técnica, sino también se hacía eco de
la antigua ciencia del Ayurveda, que utiliza las hierbas, la nutrición y otras
artes para mantener la mente, el cuerpo
y el espíritu saludables.
Después de cada clase, el maestro
servía a sus alumnos un té hecho a base de especias aromáticas que había traído
directamente desde la India, y que –afectuosamente- éstos llamaron Té Yogui.

Fundamentalmente, el té Yogui
“chaya” es una mezcla de varios ingredientes de especias o hierbas, siendo
diferente en cada estación, mientras que su uso varía dependiendo del lugar, el
clima, y los distintos desequilibrios de cada persona.
El uso de Té Yogui , ayuda a que
el practicante de Yoga se mantenga sano, y sienta un equilibrio tanto corporal
como mental, al ser a su vez un antidepresivo natural que previene infecciones
del sistema respiratorio, aumentando así las defensas generales de nuestro
cuerpo.

Beneficios:
El yogi tea, tiene beneficiosas
propiedades como estimulante y revitalizante, idóneo para personas que no
pueden tomar café ni té puesto que no contiene teína ni cafeína, regula el
sistema nervioso y tonifica nuestro hígado.
El sabor de esta infusión es
bastante particular por su combinación, el aroma de canela se funde con el
gusto picante que nos ofrece el jengibre y la pimienta.
El clavo alivia el dolor y
fortalece el sistema nervioso, el jengibre es de sobra conocido como
estimulante en procesos gripales, digestivo… el cardamomo, digestivo y buen aliado
del colón, la canela estimulante y fortalecedora de los huesos, la pimienta
digestiva.
CLAVO |
ingredientes:
10 semillas de cardamomo verde.
8 granos de pimienta negra.
8 clavos de olor.
6 rebanadas de jengibre (aprox).
1 ramita de canela en rama.
2 cucharaditas de té en hebras.
1 taza de leche (puede ser leche de soya).
2 tazas de agua (puede ser de grifo pero si es mineral mejor).
Elaboración:

Colocar en un recipiente las dos
tazas de agua, la pimienta, los clavos, la canela, la pimienta y el cardamomo
llevar al fuego y cuando empiece a hervir dejar a fuego lento 15 minutos con el
recipiente tapado para que no se evapore el agua ,cumplidos los 15 minutos
apagar el fuego y agregar el té en hebras y dejar reposar 5 minutos, colar y
volver a poner el líquido obtenido, en el recipiente otra vez (previamente
enjuagado claro) agregarle la leche y llevar al fuego nuevamente y calentar
al gusto servir bien caliente endulzado
con miel o azúcar

ingredients:
10 green
cardamom seeds.
8 black
peppercorns.
8 cloves.
6 slices of
ginger (approx).
1 stick of
cinnamon.
2 teaspoons
of loose tea.
1 cup milk
(soy milk may be).
2 cups
water (can be tap but if mineral better).
Preparation:
Place in a
bowl the two cups of water, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, pepper and cardamom lead
to fire and when it starts to boil simmer 15 minutes in covered container to
keep the water evaporates, completed the 15 minutes turn off the heat and add
the tea leaves and let stand 5 minutes, drain and return the liquid obtained in
the container again (previously rinsed clear) add milk and bring to a boil
