NUEVO SENDERO EN A CORUÑA

EXCURSION POR EL SENDERO DE  A CHELO ( BETANZOS) A CORUÑA

El 17 de Agosto  hice mi segundo sendero en A Coruña y fue  A Chelo (Betanzos). Se trata de un sendero paralelo al rio  Mandeo. Si vais os va a parecer un lugar idílico que pocas veces habréis tenido la oportunidad de ver.

Características:

Acceso: dificultoso

Dificultad del sendero : cero

Fauna: babosas, salamandras, salmones y truchas.

Flora: helechos, flores autóctonas del lugar, castaños, musgo y moreras.

Sendero

Como os decía es un sendero paralelo al rio. Yo os sugiero, igual que me sugirieron a mí, empezar por el sendero de la derecha  (A), señalización M11 y finalizar por el lado (B) donde encontrareis los paneles informativos de la caminata y senderos de la zona (tal y como os  muestro en el dibujo) confluyendo la señalización M11 y M12.

No es dificultoso, ni tiene pendientes importantes, las pocas que hay siempre tendréis la opción de elegir entre subida o llano.

 Este sendero es circular y se hace en 2h si vamos tranquilos mirando todo lo que nos ofrece el lugar. También hay la opción de alargarlo, dependerá de las ganas que tengamos.

Nosotros empezamos desde el coto de pesca de Chelo ( parking) siguiendo la senda (A) , cuidado que el parking es muy pequeño y el acceso hasta allí es complicado pues se trata de una pista asfaltada estrecha que pasan dos coches justos ( en algunos tramos ) el resto de pista solo pasa un coche , así que mucho cuidado. Yo sugiero ir pronto por la mañana.

Pues bien, siguiendo con el tema, cogimos la senda (A) y seguimos el camino bordeando el rio, que lleva un agua clara y transparente. En medio del rio se pueden ver rocas y piedras cubiertas por musgo o plantas tal como podéis ver en las fotografías. Durante todo el camino se ven las plantas y las flores autóctonas del lugar así como pequeñas caídas de agua de la roca y fuentes naturales. Todo esta lleno de  musgo, plantas y verde hasta los arboles están cubiertos casi en su totalidad de líquenes y musgo.

Pasamos por la segunda pasarela que nos queda a mano izquierda y por el camino vamos viendo diferentes informaciones de senderos incluyendo los km, así que durante toda la caminata puedes elegir en alargar la visita o bien continuar con la ruta prevista.

En este rio se crían salmones y truchas, como os decía las aguas son cristalinas, limpias y muy frías pero nos ofrecen un espectáculo magnifico.

Se trata de una Fraga húmeda y por tanto la vegetación es exuberante, moreras, helechos, musgos, nogales, liquenes y plantas aromáticas.

Por el camino podemos encontrar salamandras negras y amarillas pero también bastantes babosas negras y de tamaño considerable.

Cuando llevamos más o menos una hora andando encontramos un puente( a mano izq) desde donde se pueden tener bonitas vistas panorámicas del rio y donde se ve la presa y un antiguo balneario ya en ruinas. En este punto cruzamos al otro lado, cogiendo el camino (B) y seguimos a la inversa para volver al mismo lugar de donde partimos.

El recorrido continúa si quisiéramos pero esta parte es la más bonita y espectacular desde mi punto de vista. Pero en cuanto a gustos no hay nada escrito.

Toda la excursión es bella pero lo más bonito es ver, en días soleados, como entran los rayos de luz entre los arboles viendo los brillos y las diferentes tonalidades de verde. Según la situación puedes tener estampas preciosas de este paraje.

Bueno pues esto es todo, no os perdáis esta experiencia sensorial  y la oportunidad de respirar el aroma de tierra y verde que no tenemos en las ciudades.

( English) EXCURSION BY THE TRAIL OF A CHELO (BETANZOS)  A CORUÑA

On August 17, I made my second path in A Coruña and went to Chelo (Betanzos). It is a path that runs parallel to the river Mandeo. If you go you will look like an idyllic place that rarely you will have had the opportunity to see.

Features:

Access: difficult

Difficulty of trail: zero

Fauna: slugs, salamanders, salmon and trout.

Flora: ferns, flowers native to the place, chestnut, mulberry and moss.

As I said it is a path parallel to the river. I will suggest, as I suggested to me to start on the path to the right (A), signaling the end of the M11 and side (B) where you will find the information panels of walking and hiking trails in the area (as I show in the drawing) converging signaling M11 and M12.

It is not difficult, nor has significant slopes, the few that there always have the option to choose between raising or plain.

 This path is circular and is made in 2h if we relaxed watching everything offered by the place. There is also the option to extend it, will depend on the desire to have.

We started from the coarse fishing Chelo (parking) along the path (A), care very little parking and access is complicated because there is a narrow asphalt road passing just two cars (in some sections ) the remaining single track passes a car, so be very careful. I suggest going early in the morning.

Well, keeping with the theme, we took the path (A) and follow the path along the river, carrying a clear and transparent water. In the middle of the river you can see rocks and stones covered by moss or plants as you can see in the pictures. All the way are plants and flowers native to the place and small waterfalls rock and natural sources. Everything is full of moss, green plants and trees are covered up almost entirely of lichen and moss.

We went through the second gateway that remains on the left and on the way we will see different information including miles of trails, so for all the walking you can choose to extend the visit or continue with the planned route.

In this river are raised salmon and trout, as I said the water is clear, clean and very cold but we offer a magnificent spectacle.

Fraga is a wet and therefore the vegetation is lush, mulberry trees, ferns, mosses, walnuts, lichens and herbs.

Along the way we find black and yellow salamanders but also quite slugs sizable black.

When we took about an hour walk we found a bridge (left hand) from where you can have beautiful and panoramic views of the river where the dam is an old spa in ruins. At this point we crossed to the other side, taking the path (B) and continue in reverse to return to the same place where we started.

The tour continues if we wanted but this part is the most beautiful and spectacular from my point of view. But as tastes nothing written.

The whole tour is beautiful but the most beautiful thing is to see, on sunny days, as rays of light entering through the trees watching the highlights and the different shades of green. Depending on the situation you can have beautiful pictures of this place.

Well there you go, do not miss this sensory experience and a chance to breathe the scent of green land and we do not have in cities.
