¿LA VIDA DE NUESTROS HIJOS PEOR QUE LA NUESTRA?

Hace unos días leí un articulo de la revista yo dona (El Mundo), donde hablaban sobre que tipo de vida tendrían nuestros hijos con los cambios sociales y económicos que estábamos sufriendo en estos momentos.

Habían varias opiniones puesto que el “debate” se hacia entre varias personas pero el punto de partida era que nuestros hijos habían vivido desde la opulencia gracias a los esfuerzos de los padres, haciéndolo todo fácil. Eso hacia que, en principio, las personas no poseian ni habían desarrollado el coraje  necesario para lanzarse a afrontar la búsqueda de sus objetivos por no haber sido necesario.

Evidentemente, si no se tienen necesidades tampoco se tienen objetivos  a conseguir pues no olvidemos que solo la necesidad hace que pensemos en generar objetivos, deseos  y  evolucionemos.

“Por su puesto no podemos enviar el mensaje a los jóvenes de que no tienen nada que hacer y que están abocados a un abismo”, decía otra de las contertulianas, pero mi opinión es que la situación es la que es y hay que afrontarla de forma directa y realista para que seamos conscientes todos de los cambios que eso nos obligara a hacer.

Para los padres, que hemos trabajado, que hemos vivido otra época y NO DE OPULENCIA, no fue fácil pero fuimos y somos fuertes y estamos preparados para afrontar una situación difícil  pero que ocurre con la generación acostumbrada a “estudiar” y pedir?, no saben lo que cuesta una matricula , ni el esfuerzo que es pagar los libros y los utensilios tecnológicos que tanto dinero cuestas y parece que se regalen.  

Mi opinión es la de no enmascarar mas una situación difícil que hará que cambien nuestros hábitos y necesidades, ya no se puede proteger mas, hay que volvernos realistas de golpe y aceptar lo que somos y hemos sido siempre.

Siempre se habla de burbuja inmobiliaria pero creo que esa burbuja rebaso el límite del ladrillo afincándose en nuestras cabezas y nuestra forma de vivir dándonos a todos unas alas que no correspondían por el simple hecho de no poderse mantener.

Otra tertuliana decía:” que veía el mañana negro pero, sobre todo para los que no se esfuerzan. Para los que luchan será como antes.”

Bueno, creo que como antes exactamente no, pues yo me acuerdo de ir a buscar trabajo y encontrar con esfuerzo y tesón pero siempre habían posibilidades. Ahora… es más difícil no solo por las pocas ofertas si no por la competencia. En estos momentos, puedes encontrar un universitario aplicando para un puesto, en  mi opinión, por debajo de su “categoría”. Así que eso hace aun más complicada la búsqueda repercutiendo en una mayor exigencia en el proceso de selección y creando aún más discriminación social y cultural.

De todos modos, el esfuerzo siempre ha sido recompensado, no en igual escala, pero recompensado con lo cual solo queda luchar más fuerte y prepararse mejor. Con empeño siempre se han conseguido los objetos, si se tienen claros.

Desde el 2008, más de 300,000 españoles han dejado nuestro país. Así que la generación mejor preparada vivirá fuera de su país ( los llaman la generación JESP ( jóvenes emigrantes sobradamente preparados)), vendiendo sus conocimientos subvencionados por todos nuestros impuestos y aprovechados por otros países que SÍ les dan una oportunidad y hay que pensar en ello.

Nos quedamos sin cerebros después de haber invertido en su preparación y ayudamos al  empobrecimiento del nivel cultural y calidad de trabajo en nuestro país, con lo cual volveremos a antaño cuando contratábamos conocimientos extranjeros a precio de oro porque aquí no se encontraban. Quizás en este caso, las empresas también deberían aprender a modificar sus políticas de contratación, especular algo menos y dar una oportunidad favoreciéndonos todos.

Creo que seguimos sin aprender y sin valorar lo que tenemos pero esto es un problema genético sin solución. 

Seguimos valorando y buscando fuera lo que hemos perdido y no valorado a preciso astronómicos y no siempre con resultados, llevados por las etiquetas que tanto nos gustan sin profundizar.

( English) Will our children's lives worse than ours?

A few days ago I read a magazine article I donate (El Mundo), where they talked about what life would have our children with social and economic changes we were experiencing at the moment.

There were various opinions as the "debate" is to several people but the point was that our children had lived since the opulence through the efforts of parents, making everything easy. That to which, in principle, people are not possessed or had developed the courage to embark on the search address their objectives have not been necessary.

 Obviously, if you have no need no have goals to achieve should not forget that just makes us think the need to generate goals, desires and envolve.

"Of course we can not send the message to young people that have nothing to do and who are forced into an abyss," said another gathering member, but my opinion is that the situation is what it is and must be addressed in directly and realistically to make us all aware of the changes that force us to do.

For parents, we have worked, we have experienced another era of opulence and NO it was not easy but we were and are strong and are prepared to face a difficult situation but it happens with the generation accustomed to "study" and ask?, Not know the cost of a registration, or the effort that is pay for books and technological utensils slopes much money and seems to give away.

My opinion is not to mask but a difficult situation that will change our habits and needs, but can not be protected, we must become at once realistic and accept what they are and have always been.

People always talk about real estate bubble but I think that bubble exceeded the limit of brick settling in our heads and our way of life giving us all wings that did not correspond to the simple fact of not being able to maintain.

Another Tertullian said: "I saw the black morning but above all for those who do not strive. For those who fight will be as before. " Well, I think not exactly as before, because I remember going to find work and meet with effort and determination but had always possibilities. Now ... it's more difficult not only for the few deals if not for competition.

 Right now, you can find a university to apply for a position, in my opinion, below its "category". So that makes it even more complicated the search impacting greater emphasis on the selection process and creating more social and cultural discrimination.

However, the effort has always been rewarded, not on the same scale, but rewarded with which there is only fight harder and prepare better. With efforts have always found the items, if they are clear.

So the best educated generation will live outside their country (they call JESP generation (young migrants amply prepared)), selling their knowledge for all our tax subsidized and used by other countries that DO give them a chance and you have to think about it .

We ran out of brains after having invested in its preparation and help the impoverishment of the cultural level and quality of work in our country, which once again when we hired foreign expertise at a high price because there were not. Perhaps in this case, companies should also learn to change their recruitment policies, speculate a little less and give a chance to favor us all.

I think we still learn and not appreciate what we have but this is a genetic problem without solution.
