VIAJE A INDONESIA: BALI

Como os comente he estado en Indonesia y he visitado las islas de Bali, Moyo, Komodo, Padar, Sangeang Island y Flores. Excepto Bali, el resto son lugares donde he practicado buceo .

En Balí hice turismo pero no bucee , así que empezamos ¡!!

Peculiaridades :

Indonesia es multi religioso, se practica Hinduismo, budismo, religión musulmana y cristianismo (menor %).

Son gente amable, sonriente y da la impresión que hayan llegado a ese equilibrio entre cuerpo y alma, el bien y el mal, desarrollo y naturaleza tal como practica el Hinduismo y el budismo. Es algo que me sorprende pues no todas las culturas son capaces de llegar a ese nivel de respeto, flexibilidad y entendimiento.

La religión antigüa balinesa adoran a los arboles centenarios, lagos y todo aquello en la naturaleza que tenga larga vida pues acumula sabiduría y posee espiritus. Hay que guardar la armonía con ellos. Cuando se encuentran un árbol de estas características lo envuelven con una tela de cuadros blancos y negros ( bien y mal) y otra amarilla con un pequeño altar donde ponen sus ofrendas .

Las Pagodas incluídas en los templos , tienen siempre alturas impares. La máxima es de 11 pisos y luego vienen 9,7,5 y 3. Dependiendo de la altura podemos saber como de importante es a quién esta dedicada.

La comida, algo importante, como sabemos es muy picante pero parece que los restaurantes hayan moderado la cantidad, así que se puede comer. La comida es buena , arroz blanco( la base), verduras, carne y fruta tropicales. En realidad no se puede pedir mas.

La leche y los lácteos en general y la carne , es un artículo de lujo . Aunque el gobierno recomiende a la población una escala alimenticia , donde están incluidos estos productos,  no es posible adquirirlos por el coste .

Las familias no comen juntas, aquí cada uno come cuando tiene hambre. La mujer prepara la comida por la mañana y cada uno se sirve según tengan ganas.

La comida es preparada en cada casa por la mujer mas mayor, ya que la joven debe hacer otros trabajos mas duros así que como veis todo esta repartido de forma “justa” sin excluir a nadie.

Es un país que vive de la agricultura . Cultivan arroz blanco, rojo ( bueno para las embarazadas) y negro, clavo, pimienta, café, cacao, mandarinas y frutas tropicales.

Los balineses les gusta regatear , así que ya sabeis, cuando compréis………..

Los hoteles continúan con su crecimiento, por todos los sitios los ves pero hay algo curioso pues la ciudad crece junta, la parte nueva y la antigüa . Encontramos templos induistas junto a un hotel o restaurante de lujo. Ya veis que la convivencia y el respeto se lleva hasta el extremo aunque nos sorprenda ver estas mezclas.

El tráfico es terrible, los atascos de Madrid y Barcelona…. Bueno somos unos aficionados comparados con estos. Las carreteras estrechas de dos vías ( una de ida y otra vuelta) donde circulan coches, motocicletas ( a miles) y camiones, adelantando por donde cabe un alfiler. Es un poco caótico y peligroso, desde mi punto de vista aunque ellos lo tienen muy dominado ah! y conducen por la izquierda.

(english) Indonesia Travel

As I told you, i went to Indonesia and i visited islands Bali, Moyo, Sangeang Island, Komodo Padar and Flores.

Except Bali, the rest of places I practiced diving so I will introduce step by step. In Bali I made turism so we start!!

PECULIARITY:

In Indonesia coexist multiple religions, they practice Hinduism, buddhism , muslim religion and cristianism ( minor %).

They are kind, friendly and smiling and seems to have reached this balance between body and soul, good and evil, development and nature as practiced Hinduism and Buddhism. It surprises me, since not all cultures are able to reach that level of respect, flexibility and understanding.

Ancient religion Balinese worship the ancient trees, lakes and everything in nature has long life and has since accumulated wisdom espiritus.Hay to keep the harmony with them. When you find a tree of these features wrapped in a plaid black and white (good and bad) and yellow with a small altar where they lay their offerings.

The Pagodas included in the temples, always have odd heights. The maximum is 11 floors and then come 9,7,5 and 3. Depending on the height we know how important is who is dedicated.

The food, which is important, as we know it is very spicy but it seems that restaurants have moderate quantity, so you can eat. The food is good, white rice (the base), vegetables, meat and tropical fruit. In fact you can not ask more.

Milk and dairy products and meat in general, is a luxury item. Although the government recommended to the population food scale, where these products are included, you can not buy them at cost.

Families do not eat together, here everyone eats when hungry. The woman prepares the morning meal is served and each as they are willing.

The food is prepared in every home by the older woman, and that she should do other work so hard but as you see everything is dispersed on a "just" not excluding anybody.

It is a country living from agriculture. Grown white rice, red (good for pregnant women) and black, cloves, pepper, coffee, cocoa, tangerine and tropical fruit.

The Balinese like to haggle, so you know, when you buy ...........

The hotels continue their growth, you see them everywhere but there is something strange as the city grows together, the new and old. Hinduists temples found near a luxury hotel or restaurant. You see that coexistence and respect is taken to the end even though we surprised to see these mixtures.

Traffic is terrible traffic jams in Madrid and Barcelona .... Well we are amateurs compared to these. The narrow two-way road (one way and another round) where coaches, motorcycles (thousands) and trucks, where it is ahead by a pin. It's a bit chaotic and dangerous, from my point of view but they have so dominated ah! and drive on the left.
