“Estamos pidiéndole a
debe realizarse a diario.

WHO GET UP EARLY GOD
HELPS YOU !!
We have always been hanged in San Benito from
the siesta country, among other things, according to the opinion of the Dutch
President of the Eurogroup, but the truth is that today there are other
countries that enjoy this pleasure more than us and are not located precisely
in the South.
Ana R. Carrasco, wrote an article in The World
that I found interesting and fun, so I leave some paragraphs and some comments
about this topic.
Benjamin Franklin said that "getting up
early to a man, healthy, wealthy and wise" and of the same opinion was
Voltaire and Balzac, who slept 4 hours a day, like Margaret Thatcher.
Among the early risers are Michelle Obama, at
4:30 p.m. stands up for sports, Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, and Howard Schultz,
head of Starbucks. We can identify with them. However, there are many people
who feel more productive, creative and, ultimately, wake up past noon.
Personally, I must admit that when I get up early and once laziness is over, I
feel better starting the day early in the morning than later.
The morning chronotype, commonly called larks,
corresponds to people who get up early easily, feel better mentally and
physically in the early hours of the day but go off during the afternoon, lie
down and sleep soon without problem. On the other side is the afternoon
chronotype, the owls, people who get upset in the morning but who improves
their performance throughout the day.
The chronotype evolves throughout our life. It
is usual that as we grow older we become more larks and less owls. "That's
why older people get up so early. On the other hand, adolescents come with a
very pronounced evening chronotype, which is why they suffer a chronic lack of
sleep. "
Sunlight also greatly influences. When the star
king is going to make presence presence increases blood pressure, the secretion
of melatonin ceases and body temperature rises. Conversely, when the body
prepares to rest, it slows the heart rate and respiration, increases melatonin
and lowers blood pressure. It is the reason why night work is reputed to affect
health. "We are asking our body to become active, render and work when
biologically prepared to rest. Hence there are repercussions on health.
Dr. Antonio Rios, who has participated in two
Aironman tells us that he has realized that getting up early and following his
routine in all aspects is much faster and makes better decisions. That is about 10:30 pm and I'm in bed.
Ana Robert also gets up early each morning in
the city of London. He gets up at 6.30 am to go to the gym to do crossfit, then
walks about 25 minutes to get to work. Your day starts at 8.30. He usually
sleeps between six and seven hours, although he would like them to be more but
he does not want his life to be reduced to working and going to the gym. But the weekend is desquita and very sleepy.
Beni López runs a fish shop in Madrid. He gets
up at 3.30 and goes to Mercamadrid. After buying go to the store to prepare all
the merchandise until the opening time. However, at noon, when most of his
guildmates take a well-deserved nap, he has a date in a tree in El Retiro that
bears his name. There workers from the area meet to practice running.
After a day so intense, Beni lies down about 10
pm. Only late if Real Madrid plays Champions.
Getting up early is becoming more fashionable
but if we can say that it is addictive. You have to cheer yourself up and
advance the alarm clock to gain hours a day. Maybe we can all be more lark than
we think.
Here are some techniques to help start the day;
Is called body scanning.
It consists of getting up early and rewarding
yourself with a relaxing exercise that will serve as a training for meditation:
body scanning or body scanning. We woke up about 15 minutes before, check the
cell phone, because if I say no one will pay attention, and then let's count
down for about 12 or 14 minutes. With practice increase this time. We stay in
bed, clothed and quiet, especially if we have company. We continue to lie down,
flexing our knees. If we fall asleep, the legs will open and an alarm will jump
in your head. Now we extend our arms, close our eyes and start breathing
through our nostrils, exhaling through our mouths. Bring the air to the stomach
with a slow pace. There is no hurry. Once comfortable and with the respiratory
system in motion, let's concentrate on the right foot. Go through the fingers,
the plant, the Achilles heel ... from there, we pass the twin, the knee, the
calf ... re-create, not run and try to descontracturar his muscles. That is not
the purpose of the exercise. Change your leg and repeat. Then, go to the pubic
area, stomach, spine, shoulder blades ... jump to the fingers of one arm and
slowly rise to the shoulder. Repeat with the other arm and then go to the neck,
chin, mouth, cheek, nostrils, eyes and eyebrows, eyelashes ... and the scalp or
bald, both gives. You will have thoughts and tensions. Just let them pass. And
when the alarm goes off, enjoy the day because your energy storage will be at
its peak.
Another is the quemacalorias. Seven minutes are
more than enough to start the day with homework done. This is the suggestive
proposal of high intensity intervallic training (Hiit) designed by Brett Klika
and Chris Jordan, two experts from the Human Performance Institute (Florida).
The objective of this HIIT is to complete the 12 phases of a circuit, following
this scheme:
30 seconds per exercise plus 10 rest between
each of them. The order should not be altered since it is designed to tone
opposing muscles and to alternate different heart rhythms. Brief but very
intense, this routine is very demanding at the cardiovascular level and should
not be performed daily.
Ideal for those seeking a smoother yet equally
productive aerobic exercise, a pleasant morning sex session tonifies our body
without impacting the joints. It is the perfect training to stay in shape
because, depending on the postures and the duration of the act, you can get to
burn a hundred calories without moving from the bed. The bursting of pleasure
hormones will make us feel happy during the day. Source: Zen October 2, 2016
