Hacer ejercicio te ayuda a
si no estás acostumbrada.
adverso no sabrás determinar qué grano
suficiente Vitamina B, magnesio, cromo.

PHYSICALLY ACTIVE, SWELLING
AND ANXIETY IN MENOPAUSE
We talked about diet in menopause
but are important issues that touch us as physical activity, swelling and
anxiety. Topics we will address in this post.
The exercise becomes more
important as we get older making for different reasons. One because the
metabolism slows and another that helps strengthen the muscles and thus to help
bones.
Exercise helps you maintain a
healthy weight: first, burning calories while you practice, and can also
increase your metabolic rate within 24 hours. Second, regular exercise,
especially if force or resistance, increases muscle mass. The larger your
muscle, the higher your metabolic rate and burn more calories.
But not only it offers those
benefits, also improve heart health, circulation and bones and reduces blood
pressure and the risk of diabetes. After spending three months working out with
guidelines related to your constitution and endurance you will see that you
feel more energetic and able to bring the best stress. Your body will be more
resistant to disease and sleep better.
Exercise type
The purpose will be to increase
activity levels gradually. You should choose an activity that makes us enjoy
and we spend well as running, walking, cycling, gym, paddle, yoga, etc ... if
you do not like to go alone, it is best to go with friends or acquaintances or,
sign to run classes, will make us feel accompanied.
But if your case is that you
enjoy being alone, then, take music and keeps pace well on tape, either dancing
etc ...
Start with a gentle exercise
program, otherwise you run the risk of injuring yourself, especially if you're
not used. The general idea is that women entering the menopause should do exercise
regularly four to five days a week, 30 to 60 minutes each session. It is
important not to start doing unconscionable efforts, that will only throw in
the towel or exercise do not just occasionally. I remember the year is positive
when done daily and 30 minutes is enough, until your body adjusts.
Do not forget either, that is
important, after doing the exercise, gradually stretch the muscles feel loose
until then spend some time in meditation. The body and mind will thank you.
A part of the exercise, there is
also something important to notice more frequently, swelling. Menopause in
nutrients down to levels that are not acceptable. Our immune system, you have
to defend with more intensity than usual, it makes the system is damaged and
therefore perceives certain foods and beverages as "toxic" that cause
a variety of symptoms ranging from constipation and bloating to fatigue and
depression. The good news is that these symptoms can be reversed in just a few
months to improve our levels of nutrients.
The temporary sensitivity to
certain foods makes many women produce antibodies to certain food and drink.
This process can result in fluid retention, since the brain instructs cells to
retain fluid and try to dilute the supposed toxins.
To reduce these effects should
remove, temporarily, wheat, oats, barley, rye and saved for at least four
weeks, then, if your symptoms have improved, begins to reinstate cereals, one
by one, in your diet. Add them one by one, to see if it shows some of these
reactions, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, bloating ... if there is no
reaction after five days, choose another cereal and repeat the process. Do not
mix cereals, because if you know experience any adverse symptoms not determine
which grain was that caused it.
If reaction to some cereal
occurs, avoid eating for a month or two before reinstate again.
Consider that there is a
difference between "sensitivity and joy" to food. Often we find that
the more severe symptoms of menopause are due to intolerance (sensitivity)
rather than food allergies.
Another important symptom is
anxiety: an uncontrollable desire to have some food, especially chocolate, is
very common. Interestingly, behind the anxiety about food there is always a
psychological element. The brain and nervous system need a constant supply of
good nutrients to function normally, but in our lives full of stress, not
always feed us healthy. We skipped meals or eat in a hurry and, as a result,
sugar levels down and began to desire glucose for energy. The trick is how to break
the cycle is to effectively and go through a period of abstinence.
Diet review
When it comes to controlling your
impulses, it is important to keep track of what you eat and when you eat. We
must maintain stable levels of blood glucose, anxiety responsible for the next
dose of sweet.
Make sure you get enough vitamin
B, magnesium, chromium. I suggest taking chromium picolinate but first we must
consult your doctor.
Eat nutritious foods in small
amounts as whole wheat pasta, fruits, vegetables.
It is important to plan meals and
eat in peace is even more so. Do not forget that the swallow does not signal
the brain that it is full, so do not stop eating. We must reduce the
consumption of tea and coffee. Reduce alcohol consumption. Source: Natural Plan for menopause.
