Recorrido sendero Muniellos |

MUNIELLOS
PARK
Today we started with a week of trekking that years
ago had left parked. When deciding to start again, we think big and do so was, Park Muniellos. It was a luxury, walk the trail there are allowed in the reserve of Muniellos.
ago had left parked. When deciding to start again, we think big and do so was, Park Muniellos. It was a luxury, walk the trail there are allowed in the reserve of Muniellos.
First we ordered online and picked permission on
November 3, because otherwise we would have gone to 12 and it was too late to
see the change of leaf color. In any case, I suggest going a little earlier if
I could.
We stayed in Moal, about 4 km from the park
entrance, and you have to be between 9 and 10 am, to be physically registered
or the turn is lost.
We woke to a rainy and cloudy day, only at 13h began
to stop raining and the sun a little. Arriving at the park we went to submit
the documents and to explain to us the tour but there was no loss, because
you're not free to go where you want, but it is necessary because the landscape
is wonderful.
There are 2 routes long and short 20kg 16kg. As the
day was not the right one, we suggested to make the "short" to
minimize risk and so we did. But make no mistake, 16kg cuts, of which the last
km before reaching the lake includes 600mt rise.
We start with a 700mt high and we had to get about
1400mt that was where lakes were. At 16.30 we should be in the starting point,
Tablizas, because the park is closed at 17h. I leave a link in the path which I
think is great. Walker belongs to a Spaniard.
We started the trail at about 500mt portion adapted
more or less always taking the river route left.
It was raining but that did not interest him rest
and beauty to the place, the streams, the river, the waterfalls, the force with
which the water ran down the runway, was spectacular.
We follow the route of the river where they looked,
ferns, beech, chestnut, oak, mushrooms of different colors and
"poisons" adaptogens also fungi, mosses and lots of water everywhere.
All you looked at was nice and unique, mixed colors
giving a special charm to the place, the water recalling his strength, the boss
and has the power of nature and ourselves, following the path avoiding the
drawbacks that the wild showed us .
We walked along a wide path waterlogged by many
streams and waterfalls mountain running low, the natural power was
overwhelming. There were two or three difficult sections due to the rise of the
channel but could save even getting wet enough. The path was easy though with
difficulty and nice until the time it came soaring, 600mt over a kilometer. It
was the hardest and trickiest part as between water, leaves and slate stone was
making continuous juggling to avoid falling.
We got to the point where the three crosses 20
minutes flat road it was our goal, but unfortunately the lake bed of the river
grew surprisingly and it was impossible to jump it and go to the other side to
continue.
The force of the water was stunning and we were
afraid of slipping and be swept away, having to leave. It was disappointing as
we had done the hardest but sometimes it is better to try another time and
avoid unnecessary risks and knowing that the adventure was only beginning.
It intensified the wind and mist began to fall. At
that time we had decided to drop 2.5 hours and not seeing possibilities to
cross.
As we walked down the same place we went, we
noticed the increase of the riverbed, the trail was a secondary river so we put
attention in the fall and where to put your feet not hurt.
After an hour of descent, the wind stopped as rain.
The sun came out giving us a view of the surrounding countryside and the
indescribable landscape: red, ocher, green, deep yellow, white water, mushrooms
lilac, ancient trees ... nature is always beautiful and these minutes were our
reward for so much effort and sacrifice .
And we continue down initially, at 5 hours of game
and almost without a break due to the weather. The result was worth it ... and
want to come back next year to see him again.
