indispensable aprender a cuidarlo y depurarlo.
cuerpo no necesita.
Fuente: salud alternativa

Intestinal
detoxification
Intestinal health is essential to enjoy optimal not
only physical but also emotional health. But bad habits and unhealthy eating
can damage the functioning of this important body, so it is essential to learn
to care and debug.
The small intestine and large intestine are the
bodies involved in the last stage of digestion, which takes place the
absorption of most nutrients from foods and substances that the body does not
need to be discarded.
Because the functions of the intestines, all body
tissues depend on them. The reason is that vitamins and minerals obtained from
food pass from the intestine into the bloodstream, and from there to the
different organs.
When the intestines are not working properly, this
process of absorption and evacuation is hindered. As a result, those pollutants
which should be expelled from the body are in the large intestine to ferment
and resulting self-intoxication, ie to resorption of waste end passing into the
bloodstream and from there to the body, causing various disorders.
Symptoms
and signs of poisoned intestines.
A sedentary lifestyle, poor diet and suffer stress.
All this causes an invasion of toxins in the intestines, which will hampered
their functions:
• Back pain, shoulder and neck
• Flatulence
• Frequent colds and flus
• Hair loss
• Fatigue, heaviness, low energy.
• Lack of concentration
• Abdominal swelling
• Insomnia
Slow traffic
Constipation is a common intestinal disorder that
causes the accumulation of fecal matter, which release toxic substances that
enter the blood resulting in a process of self-poisoning organism.
Quick
transit
Diarrhea brings with it the loss of water and
minerals.
Serotonin and dopamine, for example, are two
substances whose synthesis may decrease as a result of poor intestinal
functioning. As a result, they affected the physical and mental wellbeing of
the person. 95% of serotonin is stored in the intestine, therefore, any
intestinal problem can lead to depression, anxiety and irritability.
A healthy diet is essential to keep free of toxins
intestines. Some foods are faithful allies of intestinal cleansing, and
effective tools for daily work to keep them clean and healthy.
Fruits
and vegetables
Raw or steamed vegetables and fresh fruits are a
rich source of vitamins such as beta carotene and vitamin A. Both possess
potent antioxidant and help maintain healthy intestinal mucosa. Also, when
fruits and vegetables are eaten raw provide the body enzymes that improve
digestion of food. To this are recommended fruit juices such as papaya or apple
or salads containing carrot or celery, among many other options.
Fiber-rich
foods
Increase fiber intake is essential to maintaining
and intestinal health. This is because once in the body, this component is not
digested and passes into the blood, thus remaining in the intestine to form
part of the fecal matter, which benefits its expulsion, since fiber holds water
and this increases stool bulk giving them more firmly to its consistency. It also
promotes peristaltic movements of the intestine, preventing constipation.
To increase fiber intake we can use some of its
richest sources such as whole grains, legumes and vegetables.
Dried
fruits
They are a rich source of vitamin E and omega 3 and
6. These substances have a powerful antioxidant that protects cell membranes.
On the other hand, the fatty acid Omega 3, thanks to its production of
prostaglandins, benefits the intestine as they promote intestinal peristalsis,
and last but not least, together with the fatty acid Omega 6, give the cell
membranes intestine elasticity and adaptability.
Toxic
habits and detoxifying
Detoxifies:
• Eat at least 6 times a day. It is preferable to
eat small meals several times a day to feed a few times in excess.
• physical exercise. 10 minutes a day helps
strengthen the intestines. However, the ideal is to spend at least 30 minutes
of physical activity. Exercise is essential to maintain good intestinal health.
• Eating breakfast each morning. A good breakfast
is essential to aid in bowel cleansing.
• Respect the needs of the body. If the body sends
us signals evacuation, we listen. It is important to go to the bathroom when
you feel the need.
• Drinking water. Hydration is an essential factor
in bowel care.
Intoxica:
• Stress. To care, it is important to avoid
feelings of stress, anxiety and other negative emotions.
• Laxatives. Contrary to prevailing wisdom,
laxatives, far from helping the intestines are toxic and irritants that damage
the liver.
• The use of drugs. Many medicines affect the
intestinal flora and irritate the gut, especially antibiotics.
• The consumption of fried foods, alcohol and
refined foods. They should be avoided.
Alternative
Therapies
Massages in the abdominal area can help in
eliminating toxins through urine and constipation relief. In addition, the
regular application of this massage strengthens the walls of the colon and help
with the evacuation softening stagnant waste that cause constipation.
• Start the massage near the appendix, in the lower
right area
• moderate pressure, draw small circles with your
fingers or make short strokes upward, and work up gradually towards the
ribcage.
• Just before you get to the ribcage, direct the
massage to the left until the left point outside thereof.
• Continue the massage down and end on reaching the
groin. Source: Alternative health
