En Galicia hay senderos y caminos
hasta decir basta. Es increíble porque todos los lugares son bellos y llenos de
naturaleza. Uno que está muy cerca y me gustó, fue el paseo por el Rio Mero que
cogimos en Cambre hasta llegar al
embalse de Cecebre.
Para mi es impensable poder
encontrar un lugar bonito como este cerca de la ciudad y por tanto algo
transitado aunque no mucho.
El camino va al lado del Rio, con
lo cual, el entorno es idílico, el camino es mas o menos llano y fácil, en
realidad, todo el mundo puede hacerlo .
Todo el camino, ida y vuelta dura
sobre dos horas y media. Dos horas y media viendo árboles, el rio, escuchando
el ruido que producen los pequeños saltos de agua en el cauce ….
Las Fragas son entornos naturales
caracterizados por su efervescente biodiversidad. Este especial carácter viene
dado por la cercanía de los ríos y el grado de sol que reciben. La vegetación
propia es de castaños, robles, sauces, abedules, pinos..., así como una fuerte variedad
de plantas, helechos y arbustos.
También pueden verse varios
árboles frutales pertenecientes a fincas ubicadas en algunos lugares del camino
como manzanos, membrillos, ciruelas, etc…
El embalse de Cecebre es el
continuador actual de la disminuida Fraga de Cecebre, escenario de la no menos
célebre novela de Wenceslao Fernández Flórez El Bosque animado. Este libro se
publicó en el año 1943 y está considerado como una obra fundamental de la
literatura española. Os aconsejo que si tenéis la oportunidad de leerlo, lo
hagáis, merece la pena y además es muy divertido.

FROM CECEBRE
TO CAMBRE
In Galicia there are trails and roads to a
fault. It's amazing because all the places are beautiful and full of nature.
One that is very close and I liked it, was the walk along the Rio Grouper
caught in Cambre until the reservoir Cecebre.
For me it is unthinkable to find a nice place
like this near the city and therefore something busy but not much.
The Road running alongside the Rio, with which
the setting is idyllic, the road is more or less flat and easy, in fact,
everyone can do it.
All the way back round lasts about two hours.
Two and a half hours watching trees, the river, listening to the noise produced
by small waterfalls on the runway. ...
The Raspberries of natural environments are
characterized by their vibrant biodiversity. This special character is given by
the proximity of rivers and degree of sun they receive. The vegetation is of
chestnut, oak, willow, birch, pine ... and a strong variety of plants, ferns
and shrubs.
May also be several fruit trees belonging to
farms in some parts of the road as apples, quinces, plums, etc ...
Cecebre Reservoir is the current successor of
decreased Cecebre Fraga, scene of the equally famous novel by Wenceslao
Fernández Flórez The Living Forest. This book was published in 1943 and is
considered a seminal work of Spanish literature. I advise that if you have the
chance to read it, I do, it's worth and is very funny.
