La Paz que da el
Mar
Hoy he terminado de cenar y me he

He recorrido poco a poco el
A los pocos minutos, he

The Peace that the
Sea give me
There is
nothing more relaxing that hear the Sea.
Today I
finished dinner and I began to read for a while, I heard the sea bottom and
suddenly, I have come forward to going to the Cove and leave me surprised by
the show.
I
traveled slowly paving the walkway, chasing light the hotel and because of
that, I have seen my body forward with peace and quiet. I had not walked quiet,
realizing the weight that held my foot every time I stepped on the floor. It
has always seemed absurd to focus on it but the truth is that it is absurd to
concentrate to feel it, feel it not without making the effort.
Upon
arrival, I wanted a rock to sit. I watched the short waves, with that sequence
ending routine for breaking wave on the shore. Within minutes, I felt the need
to close his eyes letting the music of the waves gets inside me, deafening the
time. It was a sound in stereo that allowed you to think of nothing, just empty
your permissions slowly as in air with each breath to the sternum and allowed you hear only the steady rhythmic
music and breaking waves. The shoulders were dropping and the air was gradually
entering more deeply.
At that
moment, I felt liberated, in peace,
without thoughts that cause me concern. Those are the moments you want to live
every day and that's the feeling I always like to have at all times.
Good
night. Montserrat A.
