a recuperar tu flora ( yogur, kéfir, chucrut, aceitunas…)

BACTERIA IN OUR BOWEL
We not always serve our gut bacteria that are
not seen and are not noticed until they are felt much.
When? For when we are ill, tired, some days are
going with constipation and other service too, stuffed, we indigestion ...
well, more than one symptoms that have suffered and did not know why.
A majority of intestinal flora with good
bacteria protect you from depression, overweight ... and this depends a lot on
what you eat. The intestinal flora acts as a true metabolic organ that produces
vitamins such as biotin (group B) and the K; It improves the absorption of some
nutrients, such as calcium, iron or magnesium: and eliminates toxic that might
be carcinogenic. It also strengthens your defenses. Up to 70% of immune cells
are found around the light of the digestive tract and increased immunoglobulin
production occurs in the gatrointestinal mucosa.
It makes protective barrier that prevents the
development of pathogenic microorganisms, which helps prevent disease. Aleja
obesity. An increase in bad bacteria promotes inflammation and overweight. But
so good abound opposite is true.
But we will wonder how we know if our flora is
altered or not, well, here are some symptoms:
• Abdominal swelling
• Poor digestion
• Frequent diarrhea
• Chronic constipation
• Flatulence
• bad odor stools
How not alter the flora, it is not an easy
task, considering that each person has a different bacterial composition. This
depends on the genetics of each but also from the food we eat. Furthermore,
there are also factors that damage such as stress or antibiotics.
Not to alter the flora need food that care and
protect:
Avoid eating fried or foods high in saturated
fats increase the production of bile. This excess, alters the composition of
the microbiota, since bile acids are difficult to degrade to some friends
intestinal bacteria.
simple sugars favor the growth of pathogenic
bacteria that increase chronic inflammation and promote obesity and diabetes.
Not exceed 20 grams of sugar a day.
Fiber is key to the health of the flora. So
you must take 24-35gr a day. Please note that the beneficial bacteria feed on
fermentable fiber vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes.
Excess protein, if red meat, increases the
production of toxic in the gut. 50% must come from the white meat, fish and
egg; and 50% of vegetables.
The central nervous and digestive system are
related: Stress increases the bad bacteria, while good reduce levels of
cortisol.
Antibiotics kill the good bacteria. Take them
only under medical prescription and in doing probiotics eat to help recover
your flora (yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, olives ...)
Some artificial sweeteners change the
composition of flora and promote obesity and glucose intolerance. Therefore it
is suggested to use stevia, honey ..
The imbalance of intestinal flora directly
influences weight regulation. In fact, it is shown that there is a microbiota
profile of "fat guy". It is important to vegetables and fruits like
apples.
I hope these tips will help.
