No hablare
No tengamos
objetivo a conseguir.

RULES FOR WEARING A DIET
I will not
talk about diets because there are many webs better than mine that already do
it and very well. I will talk about something that I know well and that
whenever I have put into practice it has worked for me so I will make you part
of it.
It is
something simple called "rules" few but we must respect them to make
things work and get results that will motivate us to continue.
The first rule
in any food intake or diet is not to eat fast and make a meal last for 20 to 30
minutes, at least. You have to chew slowly about twenty times trying to taste
the food and that way, it will satisfy us. Try to put on the table everything
we need to avoid getting up because that can arouse anxieties.
The second
norm is exercising the will. Like we do not like going to the gym and we go
because it makes us feel better: will. We must also do the same with the will
as such. When we have anxiety, we want to eat something and it seems that we
can not resist the temptation, we must strengthen the will to say: "no, we
have eaten and I am not hungry only anxiety" and I say this because when I
am hungry I am able to moderate the impulse of eating but when an anxiety
crisis invades me it is very difficult to put order in my brain to diminish
that desire imposing the will.
It is true
that an anxiety crisis is always supported by something, an event, nerves,
stress, dissatisfaction ... we must try to exercise our mind to calm down and
continue. It is not easy, I have suffered and I still suffer but you have to be
decisive.
We do not have
anything at home that helps us to stimulate anxiety crises, make the right food
and that there are no leftovers. We must stick to the plan or at the end, even
if we curse our weight, we will end up accepting it as something normal and
those wars will start between what I want and what I have, which normally are
polar opposites.
It always
helps to start a diet with someone else. Someone who knows what we are looking
for, what we suffer, what we want, who understands our point of view. That will
mean that in times of crisis, we recover and continue on the path that we have
marked.
Another
important point is to imagine yourself with less weight and visualize, in some
way, the objective to achieve. It can help to have a reference photograph that
helps us at crucial moments to continue and not falter in the attempt.
Let's be
realistic in our objectives. Do not ask to get a utopia. The success lies in
marking small challenges and getting them little by little. Do not mark hard to
get marks or the first shift will let everything run on the floor. Deciding
that today in a family meal we are going to eat a dessert is better than
enduring because we run the risk of putting too much pressure on the will. It
is better to eat a dessert slowly, savor it and then go for an hour walk
through a park, the city or garden. It will be more satisfying and will be a
reward for all the effort made so far.
It is also
important to always have positive thoughts and reflect on what we have done
wrong to avoid it on another occasion. Even taking a couple of flexible days is
good if we feel tired or bored. Taking a step back, sometimes, means taking a
big stride forward.
If we have a
lot of anxiety, let's try to take what the body asks of us but in healthy. If
we need sweet maybe take a yogurt with sugar would be a solution, provides few
calories and satisfies our brain.
Or if we need
to chew, take a salad with celery, radishes and pickles. They crack, they are
pleasant to the palate and the sensation of freshness is great.
Everything is
to put and think positive contributing ideas to overcome the stretch that has
to cross to achieve our purpose and adapt to continue with it because a diet is
not something that is done only for the Summer, it is something to be healthier
and so that last the maximum time. It is a way of life, not a fashion to
improve the image.
